   Always ring for prescriptions if electronic from GP so you know it’s ready They have a habit of stating not received from GP when over the counter At least you can then say you’ve called and it’s ready

   I pick up from this pharmacy multiple times a month, they’re amazing. Always quick and willing to help, staff are very friendly and give good suggestions on where to get something if they’re out of stock (which is rare). 1000% would recommend.

   Some customer service staff are very unpleasant about older people coming to pick up their medicines. I have experienced this situation several times, especially from one employee of this pharmacy. I think that pharmacy should be friendly to all people from different countries.

   I was referred by 111 to see a pharmacist at Asda to get given antibiotics for severe sinusitis with extreme pressure in my skull and inability move my eyes without excruciating pain and I was simply turned away. The pharmacist doctor didn’t even bother to come out, she just sent a shop assistant to tell me that unless I’ve had it for 3+ weeks there is nothing they can do. I had to call 111 again who again said I needed to be seen within 6 hours and had to get me an out of hours GP who immediately prescribed me antibiotics due to risks associated with infections so close to eyes and the brain and told me what painkillers to use, what practises to try to relieve the pain. The pharmacy didn’t even bother to tell me what to do. When I left the pharmacy in the awful pain I came in I was left crying helpless at home with the pain in my head until the out of hours GP called me to help. I can’t believe that the pharmacy doctor didn’t even bother to examine me or even see me.

   Wow, if you don’t go to the pharmacy with an illness you’re quite likely to leave with one! I have never seen a shop look so dirty, the shelves and products on them were covered in dust and dirt, I was sooooo shocked, all the floor and bottom of the counter just filthy. The shelves just looked like someone had thrown the stuff in there, total disbelief If it wasn’t for the fact the Doctor had sent prescription directly to them I would have walked straight out. Post COVID when everywhere has become super clean, to see the dirtiest place ever and it is a pharmacy was just unreal. How can people work there and not see it!

   The most unfriendliest staff that I have ever encountered, was harrassed today at about 16:30 by a black woman pharmacist for buying some simple meds which does not even require prescription. Never encountered such a rude person in pharmacy.

   Fantastic service! I waited 10 minutes for my prescription. You do not have to wait in line with the shoppers. Yes, no waiting. Because the pharmacy is situated at the front of the store.
