'Very Sharp Practice' Needed to buy Otex Combi pack for my blocked ear. As usual went online to see who was offering the best price. Amazon was £7.49 and Lloyds Pharmacy £7.99. Not much different so my wife went to our local store only to be stunned to discover that the store price was £10.35 - a whopping 30% increase!! I needed it so my wife bought the item. I then contacted Customer services and spoke to Kaleigh, who was friendly. However her explanation made no sense whatsoever - Apparently the 'online store' is a different operation to the high street stores??? So the prices will always differ?? Didn't make any sense - to follow this logic through all online supermarket prices should be less than store prices, and they are NOT! Indeed the assistant at the store told my wife if she had ordered 'online' and set the delivery address to the local store the price would have been £7.99!! This confirms to me that Lloyds Pharmacy is NOT an honourable company, and to be avoided at all costs! Do NOT buy online or via local stores - there are much better outlets.

Overf year ago i purchase 3 item from this organisation , normally a business would say thank you or hope to see you again their response was to send 2 police cars to home in middle of pandemic , why because they employee individual who either not up to job or unaware that their actions will have consequences they responce to my complaint with shameful - looking at their non existence diversity equality statement , and response had in other shops racial profile and interaction with certain part British community must it high priority for them in my view

I cannot believe that Lloyds pharmacies decided at the start of a pandemic lockdown, that they will no longer do free prescription deliveries to elderly people who are unable to use the Internet. My 96 year old father is nearly blind and cannot read the keys or screen on a computer, but having been told not to go out, then received a letter saying his prescriptions would not be delivered free unless he signed up. Perhaps you decided he was going to die anyway so why waste your time on him......

Lyoydspharmacy Perton. When you go in they are standing talking in back and just carry on as though you aren't there. If the staff are stocking shelves they don't stop to serve you. And this morning when I went in to pick up a prescription I was told it was not there. He said last date when one was sent over was the end of June and to go and see Dr. When I got home I realised the end of June was last week so I went back and low and behold he found it. So I had a waisted journey.
