   I often use this pharmacy either for myself or family. They are all lovely and very helpful, usually you don’t have to wait very long. The lady at front of house Lindsey is always smiley and polite and willing to help.

   This was my first time coming to this pharmacy and I’m shocked. For such a popular pharmacy the lady at the desk is RUDE!! When I walked in the lady from the desk just demanded I used the iPad to check in I told her Ive got a broken arm. she told me use my other arm and just do it and just follow the instructions… I just left! The minutes I spent in the pharmacy were short and the amount of customers I seen being spoken to rudely was ridiculous. I asked my wife and she goes to this pharmacy regularly and she says the staff are very polite and helpful depending on the person on the desk. I couldn’t quite catch a name but can say at the least that she’s rude! If you get served by this lady she has red hair and quite built then prepare to be treated poorly! I’ve tried to pick up this query over the phone but as no one answered this is my last resort. Do better!!!

   I recently had my blood drawn by Charlotte, and I was genuinely impressed. Normally, people struggle to find my veins and have to poke me two or three times, which can be quite uncomfortable. But Charlotte found the vein on the first try, and I didn't feel any pain at all. She was gentle, efficient, and clearly very skilled. Highly recommend her! Thanks Charlotte

   I was about to give it 5* for my service but when I was about to leave a rude staff telling a customer/patient who just wanted to book for a blood test "no English to go and get someone who can speak English to help". Luckily there was a lady who got up and helped him. Appalling behaviour when you should be living the 7 values of NHS.

   Very friendly staff, always happy to help and provide guidance. Know how to make sure the customer has a good experience and the 24hr dispensing machine is such a brilliant idea for us working folk who miss the normal working hours…..now I can collect at a time that’s convenient for me !!!
