   Lovely pharmacy but extremely hot inside. They should keep their heating system at a comfortable level. No surprise if someone collapses one day. Instead of bringing down the hot air ( people sweating) they asked me to step outside.

   Took my 89year old neighbour for 9 blood samples to be taken today. Brilliant, not a mark or bruise on her. Excellent customer service. Couldn't get her bloods done so quickly anywhere in Rugby. Thankyou.

   Please work on your customer service. I was called in to get some blood work done, the lady didn't even look at me, just said "you can sit", no good afternoon or nothing. Nurse very rude and shows no respect to patient. She asked me to confirm my name and dob and next thing I know, she stuck me with the needle and was taking my blood. I felt so awkward. She didn't say more than 10 words in the whole interaction. Once she was done, just said "press here" and then said "that's it". I then just left and asked at the counter what would happen next. Just no bedside manner which is a shame as I have attended this pharmacy a few times before and never had any issues.

   This pharmacy is an absolute gem! I’ve been here twice now, and both visits have been exceptional. They offer convenient day check-ins and are always available for blood tests, which is a huge plus for my busy schedule. The place is spotless, and the cleanliness really stands out. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I’ve had no complaints at all and will definitely continue coming here. Highly recommend!

   They provide a variety of services. Would recommend pre booking where possible. Parking can be an issue. Be prepared to circle around during busy times to find a place. Staff has been professional and helpful.

   I used to have my prescriptions sent here but I’ve changed now. The members of staff don’t speak very good English and you have to repeat yourself a lot. I actually had to write my name down for the lady to understand. Not the quickest .

   Nurse very rude and shows no respect to patient. I attended a blood test appointment and after being rudely called in by the nurse to sit and rest my arm on the chair, there was no information/briefing whatsoever as regards what was going to happen to me. Next thing I realised, syringe was in my vein until 4 test tubes of blood had been collected. Nurse just said: "That's it". I asked her whether that was everything to get some information. Again she said: "all done". No information about what would happen next to my samples. I find this unprofessional and wouldn't use their service again. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
