   I think this chemist might be under new owners as the Pharmacist helped me the other day and the service I received was excellent. The issue I had is now resolved saved me time and hassle trying to get into my doctors (Not there fault). I would definitely use the service again and have nominated it as my desired chemist.

   Just wanted the share the service I had received today. I woke up in the morning with a very sore and red left eye that was partially closed. When I walked through the door of this pharmacy I was greeted by the pharmacist and before I said anything he diagnosed I was suffering with an eye infection. After a couple of questions he showed me the drops I would require and advised on its dosage etc. I felt the whole experience was so professional and clearly the pharmacist showed care and compassion as for all he knew I may not have been going in regarding my eye but his professionalism to discuss this with me as I just walked in is first class service. What I would share from this is pharmacists our fountains of knowledge regarding health care and are always there to help instead of a long wait on the phone for a doctors appointments. Thanks again to the kind pharmacist

   Absolutely useless staff. Incompetent, rude and unhelpful. The manager and the staff have no care when speaking to customers. They blame the doctors for mistakes and have been caught out in lies several times. They are extremely unprofessional in the way they communicate. Seriously needs a new manager and new staff. They don’t seem to realise that they are seriously impacting people’s lives with their incompetence. Shameful behaviour. I had to call the doctor’s surgery and then hand the phone over to the manager to get an ounce of progress in retrieving a prescription. Sullen and unapproachable. Avoid at all costs.

   Terrible service, final straw was a 50 minute wait just to collect a prescription which had been left several days before. Worst of all, there was a risky chaotic free-for-all at the shop where shouting and pushing in dictated the order of serving customers right in the middle of the pandemic. I made a formal complaint to the Coop, but got nothing more than a stock reply promising a full reply which months later has never been received. Never again.
