*Review is for Boots Pharmacy, Jubilee Crescent, Coventry* One weekday when I arrived there early afternoon, was surprised to find the doors wouldn't open. Confused, I turned to walk off when a chap close by (with a disappointed expression) remarked 'believe it or not, they close for an hour at lunchtime'. Thing is, which actual hour? Can't remember but will check and update! So, as have not been inside its a guess at three stars.

Bought two derbac M bottles (cost me £36 which is a rip off as well because anywhere else you get them for £15 each) , next day tried to return them unopened/ untouched but they refused to return them saying we don’t refund medicines, I had bought another bottle from the pharmacy opposite to them and they returned it without any issue, never going to use them for sure in my life.

They frequently don't have my elderly parents prescriptions ready despite them being ordered 5 days in advance. Parents are housebound and I don't live in Coventry so have to collect on a Saturday morning. Last Saturday they had closed the shop as the Pharmacist hadn't shown up. All a bit pathetic for a major chemist.

Shelves are half bare all of the time. There is always a problem with my prescription whether it's not in stock or they don't have the brand I've been prescribed. I am disabled and they have never offered to deliver my medication which leaves me going to and from the pharmacy a few times a week if my medication isn't in stock. I will be using a different pharmacy from now on.

I use this pharmacy to get my sons medication on a monthly basis. It used to be good and would get the medication within a day of ordering it. However the last 2 months it takes a good few days to receive thee medication and I’m having to chase them about it. Also they never ever answer the phone. Whenever I ring to check they have it in to save me going down there unnecessarily no one ever picks up. I don’t believe that they are that busy they can’t answer a phone call.

This used to be a lovely little pharmacy, run by friendly staff. Now the rotation of staff is constant and none of them know what they are doing. Every month of this year and most of last year it has been a struggle to get all of my monthly tablets. I am a very poorly lady and everyone I go in it is always excuses as to why when I am in over 12 different tablets I only get a few when everything has been ordered. It is frustrating and a shame because this used to be a lovely pharmacy when Charlie worked there, now you get false promises that it will be sorted and that it doesn't happen often. If you want consistency and expert advice, don't use this pharmacy.
