   Horrible chemist . Worst I've ever been in. The fat blonde middle aged woman and the Asian girl with bad teeth . Not nice when people talk about you is it. . These vile women Talk about customers when they are in the shop disgusting behaviour. The pharmacist himself was helpful though

   I checked the opening times before visiting only to find that they were closed for an hour 2.00 - 3.00 p.m. Revisited at 3.00 to be told prescription not in until following day. Visited next day - systems down! Fortunately the pharmacist was able to still process the prescription. Other staff not overly friendly or helpful

   Tried to go one time at 17:00 it was closed. Tried to go again earlier two days later around 16:20 closed again! Keep ringing them but NEVER answer the phone. I need my prescription that is ready since 30th December but still haven’t been able to get it. Why have a phone if you’re not going to answer it ?? And why have open closing times if you’re not going to respect them????????

   Worst pharmacy going, considering my doctors is over the road I thought it would be simple getting them sent here.. but no! Staff are so rude they all stand there gormless when you go in, could go for a sit down meal by the time they get 1 item ready- no apologises for the wait. The last time I went I turned up and half of my prescription wasn’t available, you’d think they’d call or text to let you know before hand (when they’d been sent this 3 days prior) Now this time I sent my brother to collect it and the pharmacist just stood there and shrug his shoulders because they ‘hadn’t received it.’ So rude, shocking people skills and useless with actually getting a prescription ready.

   This is my favourite Pharmacy. The staff are so lovely and friendly, especially a lady called Mandy. She is always smiling and welcoming. I would rather travel the distance to this pharmacy then use the Boots in central six which is much closer to me!!
