Rude disgusting horrible staff abusing disabled & vulnerable customers, tried to order several things & the staff are so incompetent. They stand around chatting when they actually should be working. I would not recommend this chemist at all for your prescriptions, you have to phone about 20 times to get through. These people should be ashamed of themselves leaving people suffering in pain.

Waited 25 mins to be served at the counter, queue out the door, only one member of staff serving. After 20 mins 2 other staff that were chatting out the back (you could hear them) appeared and cleared the queue in 5 mins......why did that not happen earlier. After that I eat told they only received the script today (which was factually incorrect ....or a complete lie, take your pick) and was asked did I need it today, I did......it then took a further 20 mins. In all I waited 45 mins for a presentation. Very bad service, the staff need to realise that the income from the customers is what pays their wages. Appauling service.... .
They are coping really well during the lockdowns but must remind the ppl the social distance rules are still in place

Terrible Pharmacy suffering years of bad service the general attitude of pharmacy staff is rude and arrogant and I have to say the worst service I have ever received on a ongoing basis, i do have to add the actual shop staff are very good and friendly and some are very knowledgeable but for pharmaceutical needs avoid after using this pharmacy for 30 years before Boots took over i will never step foot in there again.
