I have been using this Well pharmacy since it opened. Never had a problem with any prescriptions. Staff are friendly and helpful and the pharmacy is well stocked with for all most any ailment.
One very nasty lady working there she trys to over come you when you are on the phone. I take morphine and methotrexate most important tablets to me I always order about 2 weeks before as they tell you and they still couldn't get it right. My morphine was left on a shelf last month lucky I had 5mg which is not the right dose. Asked why wasn't delivered. They said wasn't ask to deliver, and yes iam on there deliver service!!!! Then this month again no morphine phoned them . Will send tomorrow still no morphine by now I've gone nearly 5 days without it. You can not just stop morphine as people know you need to be taken off slowly. So buy now iam in so much pain my head is banging I was shaking sweating, I was ready to jump of a bridge. With the pain I didn't no what day of the week it was. There answer was ask your friends or family, we can't bring it out. A powerful drug like morphine you just can't give it to any one. I have copd I can't walk to good as my legs are so swollen. All I can say is what a very rude person I spoke to. She needs lessons on speaking to people.
Great pharmacy! We were having trouble finding medication for my son. Well had 1 left and put it aside for us to collect the next working day. Absolutely brilliant service, polite staff. Couldn't ask for anymore.
Not the friendliest bunch of people i must say! Spoken to like a moron for asking if i stay and wait for my prescription! Would rather travel to any other pharmacy than use this one again, even if it is local.
I needed my monthly prescription earlier and I organised the script to be there on time and I told to theme in which date I can pick theme up. They have 1 week in advance to dispense my medication. When I turned up around 4pm in a Tuesday ( last date when I could pick up my script) the pharmacy assistant told me that is not 6 pm yet and could be ready or not., I explained to her all my arrangements in advance. She told me that I can take my script to an other Pharmacy and literally she throw the script to me. That made me very upset : how can she behave like that living me without any medication. Luckily I found a Boots pharmacy and in 30 minutes my script was ready. I needed to apologies from the lady as my frustration came out in tears and it was difficult to explain how I was treated.
I'm autistic and a few weeks ago I was overwhelmed and confused about how long prescriptions take and i didn't understand why, I got upset and the staff stopped everything, reassured me (she said she has autistic family I can't remember who she is but she's amazing and radiated positive energy) and the pharmacist rushed my prescription to help me so I wouldn't have to come back that week, I struggle to go out and interactions like this are wholesome and so, so helpful for people like me.
Very bad customer experience, staff are most of the time rude in person and on the phone. They need proper customer service training.
Quick service, always prepare my prescription within a few days and I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes in store.
