I think the place is small or not big enough for the staff and also Stuff around the place but it’s still very nice people.
Whilst I was in the pharmacy 3 people complained about their prescriptions were not ready to collect or out of stock told to come back in the afternoon or tomorrow This Boots pharmacy in St Mellons as never changed and for them answering the phone never they must have it on silent I blame the management I rang for best part of the afternoon continuous without staff picking up the phone Absolutely Disgraceful
At least 40% of the year I have to chase up my repeat prescription each month as they simply haven’t ordered it when I’ve requested it the previous month. Then it creates a lengthy process that the useless people at the surgery next door couldn’t give a damn about. Not to mention, they absolutely never answer the phone. The only way to find out if they’ve cocked up and not sorted your meds is to waste your time by going there.
Disgraceful customer service never on time ask you to wait when they know it’s 3 minutes plus just to check it, they have a repeat process that lets you down then your expected to wait again and again the most incompetent service I have ever experienced
A farmacy should be a clean place, but in here, I don't think they remember when was the last time the floor was cleaned. The staff are helpful.
My partner came for a morning after pill 4:30 was told they don’t have enough time and to go to llanrumney boots? There was only 3 people in front of her and the it closes in an hour and half….. very strange & poor service
States closes at 1pm on Saturday. Arrived at 5 to and the door was locked. They just looked at me.
Excellent service from lovely staff there always willing to listen and help , were very lucky to have such a good chemist so local .
Lovely staff gets the job done quick and a polite welcome to customers
Some of the staff in here are lovely, such as the petite lady with the dark hair and glasses, she is always really friendly and helpful. One other member of staff, not so much. I won't leave any descriptions or names but one female member of staff can make you feel like a bit of an inconvenience . Fortunately, most of my encounters have been with the lovely lady that I mentioned at the beginning of this review.
