   This pharmacy should not be open at all. A total mess, not all drugs available and what's worse, no one informs about the lack of drugs and the prescription is partially issued. Lack of professionalism from the staff. Today, two of the young workers laughed at me in front of me. Is there a supervisor to keep an eye on this mess and misbehaved kids? No respect for man. I recommend staying away from this pharmacy.

   Worst pharmacy I've ever been to! Was ignored by the lady on the till when I was stood there for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged but she purposely didn't make eye contact. And then when I said something she said I had to come back and was very rude! Came back few hours after and it took 35 minutes to simply get my medication even though I wasthe only customer there. Absolutely ridiculous!! So slow and kept telling me to wait and wait. Never coming here again! AVOID!!

   If getting regular prescripions do not use this Pharmacy. There seldom was not a problem when you showed up to collect. Couldn't find it. Wasn't ready. Central down the Road are by far the better option.

   Nearly always some problems with prescriptions. Always a queue. After waiting 20 minutes I got to the front of the queue the already slow inefficient girl ignored me and served the guy behind me. I said hello is the counter not the front of the queue. Hopeless.

   I had no choice to put 0 stars, so had to put 1. On many occasions when repeat prescriptions are being delivered, they are always missing a pack and only given when requested. Handed my prescription in and sat waiting 40 mins (despite being told it'll be ready in 10-15 mins), everyone was being called up to collect, queues were going down. I had to go up and tell them I had waited 40 mins for a product they haven't got in store!! Terrible service and staff are very ignorant to the fact i've been sat down for longer than any other customers that's been in and out. Leading to unnecessary exposure to themselves, myself and the public to corona.

   The staff are usually good but there is an issue with my repeat prescription more times than there should be, especially on a weekend. And as they do the prescriptions before you pick them up, if anything is is owing, rather than order the stuff being owed, they wait for you to collect, tell you there's stuff missing then they order the items. Like I said, the staff are often good and have gone out of their way to help previously, but still the issue with owed items happens for some reason. And now if I forget the date my prescription if due and call up they won't tell me, only '4 weeks from when I last picked it up'. Edit. Don't ever try and call them, waste of time and the last time I use this pharmacy

   Just received an email cancelling my flu vaccination I booked weeks ago, just as another customer below has mentioned. I did not cancel, I need that vaccination, yet they don't even answer the phone! Awfully unprofessional, and the other reviews on here show what a badly run chemist this is. Why don't Lloyds Chemist area managers or HQ address the problems?! Customer usually visit chemists because they are poorly and/or need prescriptions for chronic issues; many in pain..... and this is how you treat them? Appalling.

   The lack of care and empathy of the employees is incredible. They often have people that come in from other locations , today I spent the good part of a 10 minute conversation trying to get an assistant to even want to help. She was extremely rude and inconsiderate even laughing when I said I ve been struggling to get my repeat medication. I have had to ask the lovely ladies at the surgery to fax my prescription to this pharmacy after they haven’t picked it up on multiple days and just telling me it’s not there. The manager even tried to justify the attitude of the employee by saying “ it was not a haha kind of laugh, it was more I don’t know what to say laugh”. In these hard times we need mutual support not careless treatment!
