   Exceptional service. I called the pharmacy up at 4pm after being sign posted here from another pharmacy. I was given an appointment on the same day! The pharmacist was so lovely, very kind and super helpful. I was given a prescription which was ready in a matter of minutes and some very helpful advice - I cannot believe the service I received. Being a university student a long way from home and my usual doctor’s surgery I cannot explain how much the pharmacists kind nature meant. Extremely grateful and would recommend to everyone!

   Excellent pharmacy. I highly recommend it. Friendly and helpful staff. The pharmacist can prescribe, I think you might need to book an appointment but I was lucky and was seen as a walk in.

   Had problem with my ears and couldn’t get appointment with doctor. The prescribing pharmacist here ( only 4 of these in Cardiff) did thorough examination, had access my NHS computer record and was able to issue an NHS prescription to me. It was such a good experience Stephen, the pharmacist, is to be thoroughly recommended for his calm, friendly manner and professional expertise. My first point of call in the future.

   I recently visited Lakeside pharmacy to ask for advice about a nasal infection. I was helped by the new prescribing pharmacist Stephen, who was very professional and helpful. He examined my nose and prescribed me with Naseptin cream. The infection soon cleared up. It was so easy, no early morning phone calls to try to book a GP appointment. Great efficient service. Thank you.
