   If I could give this Pharmacy zero I would. Rude unhelpful pharmacist with poor customer training. I had an issue with a prescription and needed genuine help and was spoken to with contempt. I then went to another pharmacy who took care of things within a matter of minutes and went above and beyond to help. Much better professional pharmacists. Avoid

   Went in to ask for help with a burn and dressing. Wasn’t met with any kindness, customer service skill or common sense. Didn’t even come over to the desk. Just got told “no, haven’t got anything”. In a chemist? No offer to order anything in or directions to the next nearest pharmacy. I would advise some customer service training for the staff. People need your help when they’re in pain or are ill. Some kind human nature wouldn’t go amiss.

   Amazing pharmacy with amazing staff members. I worked with them under placement and I could see their dedication and drive to support patients and perform their jobs to the best standard. Hetal made sure all the needs of the patients were met , whilst Chandni and Sonia made sure all queries were solved whilst multitasking. Special mention to Elena for teaching me a lot about how the pharmacy ran !!
