Came in as I was staying in the area and wanted to see if they sold something I needed. Sadly, no one offered to help. But will pop in again when I'm next staying.
Very Helpful Welcoming Staff , enquired to speak to the pharmacist, he gave me approximately 15 mins of advice. Extremely professional. Would definitely visit again.
Not helpful at all. The pharmacist attempted to Google symptoms and had no idea what he was doing. Very unfriendly staff - both the shop assistant and pharmacist. Will not be returning - avoid!
Be very careful getting your repeat prescription filled here - put my request form in about 2 weeks ago, and was told to come back for my medication a week later. When I did they told me they had never received the order, and my partner had to back me up. They told me to come back another day, in case my prescription turned up - when I did, they still hadn't found it, and told me to ring the GP. I did, and the GP tells me they never received the request from the pharmacy, and all I can do now is to start the process from scratch. Have now been without medication for more than a week, in withdrawal and experiencing very unpleasant side effects. Get some proof when you drop your repeat order off - I doubt they'll go out of their way to help you even if you have that proof, but at least it'll be something.
Absolutely shocking customer service no care at all when asking for medical advice over the phone this morning spoke to a lady at approx 9.15am who quote replied I'm very busy and not my problem!!

Surprised to see so many negative comments. I always pick up my repeat prescriptions here and I’ve never encountered any problems. Although sometimes it can be randomly closed for no obvious reason.
Rude pharmacist and staff unsure of what they are doing, have been given 3 contradictory pieces of advice twice from the same person!
I recently visited this branch to pick up some basic supplies and was surprised at the apparent lack of knowledge displayed by the counter staff. I soon found myself answering a list of questions about the intended use, when it was obvious that the staff member did not listen to me in the first instance. Very unhelpful, could be more polite and more helpful!
