"Worst pharmacy ever. I have literally had to beg for my monthly prescription for the last six months. These people do not know how to organize prescriptions. I suffer from allergies, asthma, and high blood pressure, and I’ve had to go days without medication because of this pharmacy."

Staff very helpful and polite, never had to wait very long for my prescription. Staff always check to make sure all items are in stock, telling me if otherwise so enables me to go elsewhere if needed. Staff always professional & a joy to deal with.
I have very bad experience with this pharmacy, specially with the lady ( receptionist) with white curly hair, were glasses. Her behaviour was so rude with my child. When I dropped my prescription for the medication (1) she said it will take 15 minutes to ready. I said okay and I was waiting with my baby. When I drop my prescription it was only 1 people before me in the queue so I thought it won’t be long as I’m the second person. Then couple of people came and drop their prescription too. Then more people come and drop. Slowly slowly the queue became long. After passing 30 minutes most of the people been served even who drop prescription after me, they too. Then I asked the lady (receptionist) she became a bit bored on me (as I can see on her face) then it passed 46 minutes she didn’t give my meds and my baby was long time with me waiting in a place so he started touching things. As a 2 years old baby normally doesn’t understand everything. The lady (receptionist) became annoyed and aggressive on my baby. My baby grabbed two small/mini Vaseline pot. And I decided to buy them too when I will take my medicine from her. But the lady didn’t give us time, she quickly came to my baby and literally snitch the product from my baby. I was telling her I will buy them but she didn’t listen, she took them away made my baby cry and upset. Why they are so resist, why they don’t treat people in a same way. Is she has the right to treat my baby in this way. I really want to complain against the lady. I don’t know her name but she always there in the pharmacy.
I called the pharmacy to ask if my medicine is ready for collection at first no answer then someone answered asking me “who are you?” , while I was talking she hung up the phone , rude
They never got all your scripts and meds .you also have to wait a very long time for them to see to it . Modern day that's a joke .the pharmacy is like a shop in a war tore country shelves empty
This chemist is an absolute joke. Staff members stand around chatting getting nothing done. You ask to have perscription done asap and that you will pick up in say 2 hours you go back and still not done. Will never use this place again. See the exact same happning to other customers but out of repect they dont say nothing but they should because this goves the staff all the more need to do it.
Hello I'm Disabled i have ran out of my medicine now 4 over 9 days.i try calling the Phamacy and they refuse to pick up the Phone.my child witnessed this as she was at the store to see why they dont pick up the phone they are busy talking on phones. I think they all should be fired an Held liable to prosecution. Discusting Staff Giving a very bad name to Lloyd Pharmacy. i wish there wasa minus stars so i would give them -5 stars
This pharmacy is ridiculous. The staff are always doing something other than their job, chatting, have a cigarette, standing around, generally being quite sassy to customers. The wait times are ridiculous even when it’s empty. Also they send all the pharmacists for lunch at the same time, so no prescriptions are available during the middle of the working day, when most people leave work to come in to get their medication? Sort it out
