    Absolutely terrible service not one person that counter serving people there's literally people just walking in and out taking things off the side that can visibly be seen waited over an hour for the pharmacist even all of the people that worked at the Parliament which was four women with only one woman serving and the other three women in the back I'm assuming check prescriptions after 45 minutes of waiting for that pharmacist, a young employee went to knock on the door to ask her if she was okay to which she then said she'd be at least another 10 minutes service is absolutely ridiculous. I feel sorry for the staff young blonde girl that worked in the pharmacy that was just running here there and everywhere because clearly nobody else has any sense of urgency and no customer service skills. Absolutely take my business somewhere else there's no way that I'd give my money to a big brand like that when they can't even come through with customer service I'd rather give it to a smaller company trying to build something but absolutely appalling and after an hour so Left Empty-handed

    The pharmacy at the Boots Dartford branch can do better. I've worked in Hospital pharmacy and there was always someone to see to patients at the hatch. What sense does it make for 'all' (emphasise on all) staff to be dispensing and labelling medication when there are people there waiting to be served. Patients may be handing in prescriptions or want to ask a question or want items that are behind the till at the tillpont by pharmacy. And the least they can do it acknowledge the people waiting and saying something like I'm just finishing off this prescription and will be with you soon. Even something like that would put waiting patients at ease. Better service is needed.

    Opticians: The staff at this store were really welcoming and friendly. My appointment ran on time and my optician was great. I don't find getting my eyes tested a comfortable experience but everyone helped put me at ease and I had a good experience.

    Pharmacy waiting time terrible. Opened after 9 o'clock not first time they always late then had to wait for in charge person 10min so already running late nearly then asked for my prescription which should be ready packed but it wasn't and had to wait another 20min for someone to sign it. In total 35min waiting time as a 3rd in the queue. Pore man behind counter working under pressure on his own because Menagment don't care!!! Come on boots head office sort it out not fair on him and customers. Cleanliness really pore fronts desks disgusting and fridge with drinks and sandwiches dirty and empty.

    Large store, large section for perfumes makeup, baby items. Security guard at front door towards the high street entrance. Some areas in the store are messy and stock lying around.

    Worst experience this was second time I was disappointed with customer service. Last time I just thought it happened. This time got multivitamin where it was not jelly so I asked to exchange and said medicine can’t be exchange I got 3 and all 3 wasted as my kids don’t want tablets but only gummie. Will prefer not to go as the customer service lady was so rude

    Very unfriendly woman in medicine counter. She refused to take a payment and gave me angry look when I asked for service. She interrupted some young woman who kindly told me to wait a couple of minutes. So rude! I'm sure it was worthy to gossip with someone in pharmacy, right? Even the friend from pharmacy was shocked. Clearly the place when you should expect some aggressive response.

    Opticians inside store are great bunch people and help making the pain of spend a small fortune on glasses a little easier. Especially the lady called Ailson always pleasant to deal with and is alway patient with deal with my smaller family members.
