   I’ve been to this pharmacy for my ear problem, and honestly, not impressed at all. Had two appointments over three weeks for my left ear — first they said it was wax, gave me a spray, then some medicine. But the doctors don’t really check properly, no proper investigation, just a quick look and that’s it. Last week I went back after using the medicine, but there was no proper after-check, no follow-up, nothing. They didn’t even ask how it went or if my ear was any better. My hearing is actually getting worse, and they don’t seem responsible for checking what’s really happening. I feel like they just brush you off instead of taking it seriously.

   Collect my prescription monthly from here and never have a problem.Very polite staff.Have used the pharmacist also to help with medical needs so not taking up appointments at the doctors.And they have been amazing with helping diagnosing the problem and giving a prescription straight away to help.All staff are kind,caring and understanding.

   When Boots told me my meds were out of stock at the supplier and they couldn't help me, Canna Pharmacy said they will be ready by 2pm tomorrow! I was a bit sceptical but they were ready as promised! Thanks so much!

   Excellent Pharmacy. I have been coming here for years. They are much more efficient and faster than the other local Pharmacy. I've read the reviews below and feel they are not justified. There are many pharmacists here working different days of the week. I have not come across any rude staff members here, rather the contrary Well done and thankyou Canna Pharmacy

   This pharmacy used to be brilliant, and even delivered repeat prescriptions. That was when it was part of Cana surgery. Now it’s independent with a new pharmacist. No more deliveries and the pharmacist is very rude. He made my mother, who had been in hospital, sit outside in sub zero temperatures while he prepared the prescription. When my mother queried this he said she could go somewhere else. Rude, arrogant man.

   This surgery has given me a bad experience with the prescriptions it is always short of something with the items and they change my prescription without any notification to me, I have had problems with the prescriptions for a long time now and I have told the surgery I am going to start logging these mistakes

   Me and my daughter aged 15 months have Covid. I have been struggling to get calpol delivered same day as out of stock on same day deliverys. I called Canna pharmacy who advised me to come down in car and he posted it through the window of my car along with paracetemol for myself and at no charge. Cant thank them enough for this
