Visited to arrange a flu jab, told to come back later. Returned and was told to phone next day and arrange an appointment. Phoned and was then asked if I was eligible for free treatment, which I confirmed. After a long wait was informed that they no longer provide this service. Really poor treatment.

Old people working here which isn’t a problem but they always seem so unbothered and can’t do their job right - have to go two or three times to collect a prescription because items always missing.

Terrible staff. They are very aggressive and hold a grudge and seem miserable to work there. They hide in the back acting like they have things to do. They also are moody and backhand customers. I am scared to go back there because I just know that they are going to be moody again. They remember me of moody teenagers. Manger please fire some of your stuff or maybe just watch them treat their customers. Would give half star if I could

Awful service. One member of the staff is consistently aggressive, condescending and incompetent. Also refuse to dispense your prescription in the last half hour open of their own opening hours. Total disregard for impact on people’s health. Tesco Pharmacy has gained another customer!

A regular pharmacy with pleasant enough staff, nothing out of the ordinary! Opening times are reminiscent of the 1970’s and are massively inconvenient! Literally who shuts for lunch these days when you have 4/5 staff members - and closed on a Saturday?!?

They need to update the opening hours went today a Saturday at 11.50 and it was closed. Goggle said Saturday 9am - 1pm.

The pharmacy itself operates fine but I am a wheelchair user and it is completely inaccessible to me. There is a sharp ledge at the door that prevents me from coming inside. I had to wait outside and hope that one of the pharmacists would notice me sitting there. When I asked about potential installation of a ramp, I was told that it was a "safety hazard". This needs to be investigated. Disabled people such as myself need access to pharmacies.

This pharmacy has great working relationship with the Llandaff Surgery, making it so much easier and convenient to get my regular prescriptions. Not even mentioning how very lovely the staff is, and will remember you if you're a little more regular customer.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great place to go for minor problems or if you don't want to visit the doctor. They sell a good range of products and, if you need advice, staff are on hand to provide it. You can have a private interview with the pharmacist to discuss your medication and/or health and they will advise you if you need to see a doctor. Great place!
