   Always get a really great service from the staff and pharmacy here never really to bust to help when asked for advice etc, I wish other chemist's in Ely where all as good as this one, having said that not all are created equal are they caerùa lane?

   Wrong item prescribed. I took in the prescription for one item, Lacidipine ( for blood pressure) . Got home to find they gave me 100 painkillers (a week after they gave me 100 ) and not what was prescribed on the prescription.

   Slow at putting a prescription together, even slower at delivery and don't answer the phone. Have to miss on important medication because it's not in stock. Most likely going to switch to Boots.

   5* for brilliant repeat prescription service. Since switching after years of issues with supermarket pharmacy service I have had no problems whatsoever. Just order on their app and they email you when ready. Nice friendly staff also when collecting.

   There's one woman who works here and her attitude stinks... Phoned last week to pre-order a prescription and it was meant to be ready for Tuesday 20th October... Arrives today 22nd to be told it's one of the lost ones and I would need to go to the doctors to get a new one... Phoned the doctors while sitting outside chemist to be told it was actually the chemist fault because they didn't order it in the first place... So wash ya mouth out lil lady your attitude stinks...
