Says open on a Sunday till 8pm on google only to find out it’s not when you get there can you update your operating times please
Have long lunch and tea breaks and at times when customers also have work breaks, therefore every time I go, the pharmacy is closed for another break. Service is good, when it’s open.
Ignore the average ratings: remember that the fussy ones tend to be the ones to leave more reviews. There are some incredibly entitled people in the comments here. I've been coming to this pharmacy for over 4 years. They're always delightful and have very short wait times. I've never once had an issue with "rude staff" or whatever. Before mouthing off because they don't have a dedicated staff member ready to roll out a red carpet for you, look up the intricacies involved with dispensing a single prescription. This is a great pharmacy with good, hard-working people. They aren't there to suck up to you and treat you like royalty.
For the love of God please promote a grocery cashier to stand at the till and act like the customer is priority. It is so infuriating to stare at the assistant behind the monitor for 10 minutes while she pretends whatever she is doing is more important than even acknowledging your existence. Seriously if it is more than a 3 minute job then drop it, serve the customer and start over. At the very least, please sort a queue system so that by the time you can be bothered to serve the hoard, you know who has been waiting the longest. Why you have 2 tills when there is someone serving barely 10% of the time is beyond me.
Whoever the person is who answers the phone at this pharmacy should not be allowed to deal with customers. Both my partner and myself have had very poor experiences speaking with who we think is the same person - rude, abrasive, hangs up before you have finished talking, and really isn't suited for customer service. Please train this person or take her away from customer interaction because she really lets the pharmacy down!
Just popped in this evening to collect my partner’s prescription and the level of customer service, care and friendliness is fantastic, I didn’t get the guys name who served me but he is outstanding. Thank you so much
Changed to here for repeat prescriptions while ago after local chemist kept making mistakes and not actually caring! What a difference, asda pharmacy is more than convenient it is marvellous. Amazing, kind, caring employees who are lovely and so helpful. When my doc was late with my prescription the pharmacist gave me meds to see me through with ease. Cannot recommend them highly enough, now all my family have changed to them and they are so pleased with their efficency and kindness.
I popped to the pharmacy today for a specific item, explained what I wanted to the assistant who then called the pharmacist. I explained again what I needed to the pharmacist who was not very helpful at all, she didn’t listen to what I was asking or explaining. I left feeling quite belittled without my item. Very rude customer service.
Always have to wait and they see you standing there and they don't care. And then they make you wait twice as long as regular pharmacies for them to process your prescriptions there's no waiting area and tell you just to buy things from the shop whilst you're waiting
Huge supermarket with an amazing choice. Pharmacy is very conveniently located in the supermarket and allows you to combine your trips.
