   The negative reviews here are so true. The security didn’t let us in and we felt like he was being so racist towards us. He first said that we need to sober up and we returned after half hour and we’re steady and sober at that time. I asked him very politely if I you could let me in or should I wait a bit longer. He started screaming at me ‘just go away and I’m not letting you in’. This is definitely not the way you should handle your customers as I didn’t cause any trouble. He was evidently being racist and even other white people came to me and apologised for him being racist. I’ve been to other clubs and they only address the customers as sir or ma’am. This guy talked like he’s not letting me in because he has a problem with my nationality and he has the authority to do it. I really wish no one ever faces this. This incident has hurt me very deeply and shattered my confidence very badly to show up anywhere.

   I have been to pryzm many times but last night I got kicked out for no reason. I was dancing with my female friends and some guys tried to approach so all I did was to tell them to please give us space, which happened in a very polite way. But the bouncer of the club decided to kick me out for no reason. I even asked them why are you escorting me out but they dint had an explanation. Pryzm Cardiff you have lost your loyal coustomer.

   Hi. Kindly understand that the bouncers doesn’t think of customers opinion. They are bit rude to their clients . They think that have their own rules. Dear owner sir kindly look into the issues and resolve for ur future projects

   Bouncers unnecessary rude and aggressive, I appreciate they come across unpleasant characters but I certainly wasn’t that. There was no need to be that way, especially as I was sober and spoke to them respectfully. Think again before attending this place unless your able to avoid bouncers.

   After reading some of the reviews I was anxious about going but what can I say, great night with great bouncers and staff. They really looked after us and I couldn't have asked for anything more, they have a medic room if you just need to take some time out, will charge your phone to make sure you can contact people and will get you into a taxi if you're unable to do so yourself. Overall an amazing night and will be back ❤❤

   I have seen a lot of negative reviews on here but decided to give Pryzm a go tonight and surprisingly it went a lot better than I expected! Great atmosphere, great rooms and loved every minute of my time at Pryzm and will defo be back!!

   A solid pryzm. A little out of the way but a good place to dress up for. Lovely architecture within so make sure you get a good look inside. The window frames are gorgeous. Carpets leave something to be desired. As do the sticky floors. As do the playlists.

   The staff and security are very mocking and patronising being very impolite and very rude , I believe they are racist and treating people differently , they favour British and didn’t allow us to get in when there are British wearing the exact same thing. Last night going out to pryzm is the worst experience ever. The security even tell me not to come back. Pryzm sucks
