me and my friends always start in kapu as it’s a lovely atmosphere with lovely friendly people! sam makes an awsome rasberry kiwi daiquiri and is always here with a smile on his face and we can see how hard he works! it’s an amazing place to go the music is fantastic and we will forever come here!
⸻ Amazing place and great service from the staff. The cocktails were lovely as well. A man with a camera came over and took our picture, then offered us a keyring. He charged us £10 and walked away—we assumed he was going to sort the keyring. However, after 30–40 minutes there was still no sign of him. A bit of a letdown, but other than that the place was lovely and I would recommend it.
I've ended several nights at Kapu and always had a good time, but my experience tonight really took it to another level when a friend had a medical emergency. The manager and staff were incredibly compassionate, checking in regularly and making sure we had everything we needed while being discreet and respectful. Couldn't recommend this bar more, thank you so much!
Nice cocktails. I ordered watermelon head and kapu bramble. Both great quality and also 8.50£ for pair similar cocktails! It’s really good value, I can’t wait to go back and try some other drinks. I liked the ambience and the staff were very nice. Highly recommended!
My go to place in Cardiff, love it here really is the best cocktail bar. The atmosphere is great they have an awesome DJ and the team can't do enough for you when making bookings for VIP. If your looking for a night out with friends kapu is the place to go.

Good little cocktail bar/club, DJ was decent if a little generic, could have leaned into the Pacific/Tiki theme a bit more. Drinks were good, menu cocktails decent although mostly over sweet. Off menu cocktails were excellent, ask for Tom and say what you want, mixology knowledge is good although the bar lacks some ingredients.
Went there first time, we were impressed by the Hawaii/ Caribbean vibe. Had a great time and the cocktails were amazing. Watermelon and Picanto.
Expensive drinks and no Happy Hour like most of the other local cocktail bars. Drinks were well made and delicious though. Not much of an ambiance as it was quite early (and empty) when we went there. The barmen were lovely though.
