   Fantastic service and team at this pharmacy. This is not my pharmacy personally, but my vulnerable Uncle who has Alzheimer’s and Dementia. The whole team are very patient and respectful to him on the rare occasions when he goes to collect his prescription. Due to his condition he now has weekly pill boxes which are always ready to collect. Most of the time it’s myself that collects the prescription for him and the team are always friendly, helpful and polite. Great pharmacy!

   Visited today, had phoned three local pharmacy’s prior to phoning this pharmacy and I have to say I was so impressed with the efficiency of this pharmacy. Usually you can spend a long time waiting, but they were very fast and stocked the medication I needed that 3 other pharmacy’s didn’t stock. Will definitely return and recommend

   After 35 calls throughout the day with phones either busy or ringing forever, we need persons to only answer phones it's scandalous, any elderly person will struggle if can't get to pharmacy.I have gone in chemist with 5 staff and phones ringing and ringing and yes there's enough there to answer calls, I'm on my 3rd day and still no answer will have to physically go to chemist tomorrow. WE NEED A BETTER SERVICE , MAYBE BE ONLINE MEDICATION ORDERING, MIND U YOU CAN ORDER YOUR MEDS EARLY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD THEM READY FOR COLLECTION .Very sad how things have gone so bad with chemists

   I have a chronic condition, which requires pain meds, alongside other medication, everyday. Every time I call for a repeat prescription I have to call at least 20 times, in some cases 50-100 times and still no answer! I have even resorted to phoning the doctors on several occasions who have advised all I can do is come down and fill out a manual form or go into the pharmacy - this is not feasible as people work 9-5:30 which is coincidentally the time the pharmacy is open. I am often left without pain medication which makes management of my illness pretty difficult and also calling this many times takes time out of my work day. It is almost impossible to order a repeat and often I ask for 2 months supply and only get 1 month so I have to go through this ordeal every 3 weeks. I also have to take time off work every month to collect the medication as they are only really open during working hours. I have called 42 times so far today with no answer - the phone rings out and the call drops. I need my medication as I am going away next week and have been calling all week with no luck. I have been calling for 2 and a half hours!!! The service is always pretty good, however it is impossible for people with health conditions to be able to receive their medication which causes issues. It would be appreciated if this could be looked into and something further can be done.

   Every month I have items missing from my prescription. This is ridiculous as I purposely leave them a few extra days after they say it’s going to be ready and still there are items missing. Now have to go without medication putting me in extreme pain

   Absolutely dreadful, working with a gent struggling with anxiety, staff shouted at him teling him 'why doesn't he pay for his medication' instead of understanding his predicament of moving areas and changing pharmacies, this left him in terrible shook up affecting his mental health further. I have suggested he complain to practice manager, shocking treatment he has decided not to complain. Lets hope this is a one off.

   This morning I collected my repeat prescription from your Talbot Green Branch. Arriving home I found two items were missing. I immediately contacted the pharmacy and was told the order was made up in two parts and they had neglected to give me the other. I advised I would return immediately and she informed me they were closing in 5 minutes. I enquired if there was any other option to pick it up. She replied no, so living locally I advised her I was on my way and should be there within the 5 minutes. I did get to the pharmacy before 12 o’clock only to find the shutters down and no reply to knocking or telephone. Knowing I was on my way and it was their mistake not only did they not wait for me, the actually shut early! If there was a zero rating I would have clicked that. Thanks for nothing!!!

   During "normal" times, amazing so polite and helpful cannot d enough for you.During present times under immense pressure they are still superb but are let down by many of us customers who do not understand what pressure we are all putting them under.They do not deserve the criticism they get. Also need to give a great thank you for the volunteers who help with all our deliveries.
