Shambles 40 minute's to serve 5 people. Woman on the till had to keep stopping to help another person who didn't have a clue what she was doing. The busiest time of the year and thet are not prepared. So many customers unhappy. Need more staff on the tills. Happy with the help for our sons uniform though.
Not a pleasant experience at all on 4th August 2025, ignored by the staff member behind the till for an unacceptable amount of time, had to find some one from the shop floor to take my payment. For management - you can check your cameras I was the only person in the shop 8:30 to 8:45 approx. Never had an issue here before but not sure I will be using this establishment and definitely not recommended based on the experience.
Absolutely fantastic customer service. Very well organised for the start of year secondary uniform shop for year 7. Plenty of assistance to help you get through and get all you need and get the right sizes. Also happy to order sizes in and contact you when it has arrived. And very excepting when exchanging sizes as long as Tag is still on. Best uniform best in the city.
Had a really good shopping experience here, a soon as I entered a young lady came straight over to assist us. She was professional, knowledgeable and came across as very intelligent, nothing was a problem and by looking she would guess the correct size. Nearly everything was in stock and due to the confidence I had in this young lady we decided to get all of her school bits from her. I know nothing about school uniforms or costs but feel confident they are of good quality and will last. Unfortunately I do not know the young lady's name but she was of Greek origin I believe, should defo get a mention as she was brill :)

Good quality. Went to buy manor park school uniform with PE kit. They don’t have proper fit for 4-5 year kid. They don’t do that size it seems. Otherwise got everything what we wanted. Need manage with little baggy dress for sometime.
Andy and staff are super friendly and helpful. Always so polite and welcoming even when they are super busy. Always try and give you the best customer experience. Thanks guys for all your help over the years
Very honest gentleman. Advised me that the trousers my daughter had were ok and she wouldn't need new ones. Wasn't interested in making a sale. Also the staff have been trained very well. I wanted to buy 2 blazers and the girl advised to just buy 1. Thanks for thinking of the customer and not making profit.
We went here to get my daughter a new school skirt and as well as getting exactly what we wanted the staff member we talked with was really helpful with other queries. It was a really pleasant surprise! We weren't spending much but she still took the time to ensure we'd got everything we needed and provided great advice.
