   Absolutely brilliant! Having recently got into Ice hockey again after a 12 year break, I was excited to visit the store and see what was new. Greeted by the store manager Jonathan and allowed to browse without hassel (always nice) but when I asked for help with picking a new stick he was an absolute fountain of knowledge and loved sharing it. Couldn't recommend this place enough and can't wait to try the stick out!

   Today I went with my partner to buy him his first set of ice skates and Callum in Coventry couldn’t have been more helpful. He took his time making sure we purchased the correct skates and made sure they were comfortable and fit perfectly. He showed amazing knowledge around the skates as well as ice hockey in general. He was passionate about doing his job perfectly and was a pleasure to deal with!

   Had a really great experience here! My partner and I went in to buy new ice skates, and the staff were so helpful and polite. They answered all our questions and even used a high-tech computer to measure our feet and show how our weight is distributed, which helped us find the right skates for our stance. They also have a great range of ice hockey and figure skating equipment, so there’s plenty to choose from. We left really happy with our skates. Highly recommend!

   Excellent service, fast delivery. I don't have a Hockey shop near me so selected Willie's due to the choice on the website. Bought some gear for my son for Christmas and it was perfect. His birthday came up in march and i ordered wrong size stuff so called the shop and they exchanged it quickly, i asked for advice as i wasnt sure, they gave me advice on sizes I needed and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't ask for. Stuff arrived the next day (Coventry to inverness!) And it fits perfectly! Son was dead chuffed playing in his new kit last night. Thank you staff at willies!!!

   What a breath of fresh air! Most shops aren't really interested in what you actually need, just what they want to sell you. Well Willies goes above and beyond to serve you with excellent advice and makes sure you have the right product for you. The shop is well laid out with lots of choice of equipment covering the entire price range and if they happen to not have it then they'll get it. Luke and Calista, who served me, were both full of knowledge and went out of their way to advise and help. Prices are very competitive and there's even a car park at the rear of the shop. A lot of services are available while you wait. I had blades sharpened in 10 minutes (It takes a week at my local ice rink). I have no hesitation in recommending Willies and will be returning soon for new skates for my wife.

   Superb service. Jonathan is Very knowledgeable and informative. He won’t let you spend your money unless the product is right for you. A lot of other places will just try and sell you the most expensive product on the shelf, this is not the case here. I had a particularly bad experience with another well known hockey shop so tied in a visit to willies as part of my Christmas travels. So glad I did! Can’t recommend enough!

   Excellent customer service. The guy that served me today was extremely helpful in getting me set up with a stick and skates which was awesome as I had no idea what I was looking for. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a skate shop, was definitely worth the 4 hour journey!

   We went today with the family to get our sons first decent ice hockey skates. The place is like Aladdin den- so much choice and have a look upstairs at the artificial rink. John the manager helped our son in picking the right fit, feel and suitable price budget. The service was out of this world; John showed what true customer service should be. He spent time and patience with our son with getting exact measurements and trying different variations. We parked at the back of the store and rang them once arrived. Able parking but make sure you drive slowly or you will miss it. Can’t wait to go again soon Overall 10/10
