   My daughter has been attending for 1 year now. Hamilton nursery is amazing and I can't recommend it enough. The staff are all wonderful, they truly care about each child and go out of their way to make each child feel special. We are always greeted with warm smiles every morning. At the end of the day, staff let you know what your child has done and eaten, they take the time to speak to you and ensure you know everything. As well as updating the app so you can check throughout the day. Staff and managers are always on hand to answer any questions you have and support you in every way they can. Special shout out to Jenny, Michelle, Molly, Farha, Pram, Shauna and Donia. Honestly I could name everyone as each member of staff is brilliant.

   Such an amazing nursery. You receive smiles and kindness as you enter the door. My daughter found it difficult when she started, but the staff couldn't do enough to keep her smiling. She has made beautiful relationships with all the staff and gained so much confidence and many friends. It's soon time for her to leave and I know she will miss all the staff, lovely hot meals and fun activities. We're very grateful for all you have done!

   I cannot speak highly enough of Hamilton Nursery and the incredible support they have provided to my family. From the very first day, the staff has shown not only professionalism but also genuine care and compassion for both my child and me. As a disabled parent, I was initially worried about finding a nursery that would be understanding of my unique situation, but Hamilton Nursery has gone above and beyond to ensure I feel welcomed, included, and supported.    Went to visit the nursery twice , out of ratio both times . . Non of the staff made an effort with the children actually in the rooms apart from one girl who they said was an apprentice . . One of the managers (an elderly lady) in the office not professional at all with attitude/ appearance/ manners and the last issue was lying , I asked a member of staff showing me around about the ofsted report where a child walked out the nursery and the lady said it wasn’t the current nursery the ofsted reflected to it was the old staff/ management / owners when coming to the office and questioned it again as had a doubt what I was told another manager confirmed it was them and tried to blag it by saying it was the parents fault a child was handed over and the parent had the door open talking to another parent and the child walked out ????? So it was nothing to do with the nursery but how ever the ofsted report says different? Main factors the staff just walk around and hardly communicate with children , this was observed twice on both visits , no challenging activities for the children and more important out of ratio then lying on top to cover it up!!!

   Feel very comfortable putting my child in this nursery! Like every parent you worry when you leave your child with someone other than family, when I discussed this with the nursery they were very understanding and supportive and put me at ease immediately. Best of all my daughter loves to go herel.. Highly recommended to anyone!

   My daughter has been here since the beginning of December and I couldn’t fault it at all! She absolutely loves being here and has developed so much! I get updates daily of my daughters day and we love to come home and discuss about what she has been learning and how much fun she has had!

   new management not only change nursery layout but also change my son's progress too. he learn lots new things, he is more confident , he is more friendly , taking part in all the activity's. trying new thing. he try all new food as well .highly recommend this nursery . best staff members who is always help and support like family.
