Great shop, used for years: people say it’s expensive, but when has logo / branded uniform ever been cheap! Will use until the kids leave school. Always service with a smile.
Very easy to use but not much stock. Sold out of the sizes I need so bought the next size up but only 2 items of those in stock.
Lovely people and great, affordable produce. I ordered x2 cardigans for my daughter an received x2 sweaters via the post. I emailed to ask if they could swap and they called back the next day (I did email very late) to apologise and say they had 2 cardigans set aside ready for me to swap, whenever I was ready. They even reimbursed the postage and packaging, without my knowledge.

This place is an absolute joke. Holding the monopoly on local schools and sports club as I believe they're ties in to some kind of contract. Rugby kit for the season that begins at the end of August still isn't ready yet! I ordered a polo shirt and pair of socks on Monday (that are in stock) and amazingly they're ready for collection SIX DAYS LATER! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING BUSINESS! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING PLACE!
The online ordering is easy enough to use and part of my order came really quickly. One item was out of stock and a month later I still haven't had any communication from them. Really disappointed and wish my local school had stuck with their previous uniform shop supplier.
Very disappointed with the online service, it took them almost 2 weeks after receiving my order and obviously taking my money to send me an email informing me that the product will arrive probably mid September, of course not in time for the start of school term. I suppose they know what stock they have and they should not take an order they cannot guarantee. I hope that the process of getting the refund will be more effective.
Buy lots of school uniform here as well as my sons football club kit. Staff always friendly and willing to help. If stock isn't in they will order in. Ordering process online is smooth and collection from store easy
