“Visited the store today to purchase some items for my children’s trip. Store was really busy and staff were working very hard but still made time to help me with my purchase. Was asked for email and got a 15% voucher for next month in return and picked up some towels that were reduced and then half price Keep up the great work”

“Called in today, and was very impressed with their shop, they had a wide range of outdoor stuff, well presented, and very full. The lady that served me ( hat bands for a bush hat ) was polite, friendly, and nothing was too much trouble, for her. All round a great place to shop offering a very wide range of goods,.. well worth a visit !”

“Needed a new Windbreaker. Called the Weston Super Mare branch. James, who took the call, told me he had a few left. So I asked him to put one by for me, which he did. Went on to collect it later that day, and he said, as he only had a few left, he'll give me an extra 10% off. Brilliant! Once, back at camp, found the poles to be different to what they should be. Called James, and he said, no worries, bring it back, and I'll exchange it for another one. Which he did, without any issues. And as a bonus, as he said, this will end up in the bin, as it's wrong, I'll give you the 4 correct pieces of pole, so you have spares. Fantastic! Brilliant service. Thank you so much James, you are an absolute superstar!”
