   Awful experience - went in to buy a pair of new hockey skates. Wasn’t acknowledged at all, when I asked questions about sizes they simply said ‘ Whatever is on the wall is what we have’ The two guys were far more interested in building scooters than helping me. Settled on a pair of Supreme M30 and when I asked for a bake it seemed too much hassle for the shorter guy to plug in the oven and pull it out. Will not be returning, if I wasn’t desperate for new wheels that day I would have ordered from elsewhere.

   Have visited here a few times and the people here are always super helpful and honest with their advice. They stock quite a wide range of stuff and are always happy to help in person or over phone/email. I've come in a few times with general ideas of what I want and they've been really great with their advice to help me narrow down my choices to make a pick. One thing to note is the photos show their old shop, they are out of the centre now in a unit. So bear that in mind when planning the visit.

   I came into the store a complete newbie wanting to buy my first quad skates. I had a few options in mind from information I'd gathered from the internet. But this changed as Steve kindly but determinedly helped me to try on an extensive array of skates! Different makes and sizes, nothing was too much for him to find the perfect fit. After all this, I've come away with all the protection gear I need and an order for the correct size skates for me. Thank you so much Steve! If you're looking for skates, I'd definitely recommend coming here to try all the options and get some good advice.

   Excellent Customer Service. I ordered a pair of S4 Head Skates and had them in a 10days. Needed to go a size up so I had to do an return which was a very easy process. The next size up took 24hours to deliver. I called the Store a couple of times and the staff were very friendly and informative. I will definitely use this company again. Very happy customer :D

I've spent thousands of pounds with this company over several decades and can't fault the customer service when needed.
