   I regret to say that my recent visit to YC Sports on Penlline Road left me disappointed. I felt discriminated against and encountered rudeness from the staff. This was a departure from my positive experiences at other YC Sports stores. I believe every customer deserves kindness and respect. I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences at YC Sports.

   Misleading sign on door regarding number of families (3) allowed in shop, then challenged for waiting outside when their were 6 families inside. Covid hangover or not, poor communication and needs to be sorted. Frustrating and unwelcoming.

   Not much other choice my kids school exclusively goes through here. Dissorganised piles of clothes everywhere. Did get what i wanted and the girls there were very pleasant. Used to be a lot different when i went there as a kid very organised and wellput together.

   My daughter had to be transferred to a new school in the middle of the school year and school term. We were refered to the Whitchurch branch of YC Sports by the school to purchase the new school uniform. Have to say that the young lady who was managing the shop was very professional and very knowledgeable. She turned what could have been a very stressful time into a pleasant one. We were able to kit my daughter out for school very quickly. The quality of the products available is very good and very affordable. A lot more affordable than l had initially calculated as well. Great little shop, l would highly recommend it if you are planning to buy school uniform for your children.
