    I bought the basic Powerbreathe about two years ago to help with breathing whilst running. Can't say I was very disciplined using it, but about two months ago I decided to start using it, mainly because I wanted to see if my (relatively mild) asthma could improve. And lo and behold, I no longer need my inhaler at night except very occasionally!! In the last three weeks I have needed my preventer 4 times ... and it seems that is if I have a beer in the evening ... wheat??? Do try it if you have asthma, it won't do any harm and it'll definitely improve your lung capacity.
