   I am writing to share our heartfelt appreciation for Gingerbread 2 Nursery, where our children have thrived from the baby room through to pre-school. From the moment we enrolled, it was evident that the head of each room is dedicated to providing exceptional care. Their commitment to ensuring every child's well-being and development is truly commendable. The senior staff members consistently organise a variety of engaging activities throughout the year, both indoors and outdoors, which have significantly contributed to our children's growth. Regular walks and visits to local parks have been a highlight, allowing our little ones to explore and learn in a nurturing environment. We are particularly grateful to Mrs Singh and Mrs Bains, whose leadership ensures that Gingerbread 2 runs like clockwork. Their proactive approach means that any concerns are addressed swiftly and effectively, giving us peace of mind. We could not be happier with the care and support our children have received throughout their time at the nursery. We wholeheartedly recommend Gingerbread 2 to any family seeking a nurturing and enriching environment for their little ones.

   My kids attended Gingerbread2 Nursery Oadby for about 3 years and to he honest I never had any concerns. The kids were happy and healthy when they came back and loved the kitchen serving hot meals. On the management side Mrs Bains and Mrs Singh were always there for us and the staff is overall friendly. Thanks for making a positive impact on my kids early years.

   Both of my daughters have attended Gingerbread2 Nursery, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience we’ve had. My elder daughter absolutely loved her time there — she enjoyed every single day, whether it was through the fun activities, creative learning, or all the wonderful friendships she made. The staff were always so caring and encouraging, and it was lovely to see how much she grew in confidence and independence before moving on to school. Now my younger daughter is in the baby room, and she has settled in so quickly! The team have been fantastic at helping her feel comfortable and happy — she genuinely looks forward to going in each morning. It’s such a relief as a parent to know she’s in such a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Thank you to all the staff at Gingerbread2 Nursery for providing such a positive start to both my daughters’ early years.    An absolutely amazing nursery! The staff are so caring, knowledgeable and patient. I sent both my children to Gingerbread 2 nursery - they're now thriving at school and I'm missing the nursery drop offs! My children were both so well cared for, they ate delicious and nutritious food and learnt so much about early phonics and numbers through play. Everything Gingerbread does is based on giving children the best experience - they take walks to the park, down the parade, experience cultural days and raise money for charity. I totally recommend anyone looking for a local nursery to go and visit them!

   Absolute brilliant nursery my eldest attended here 9 years ago and learnt so many skills, from talking walking potty trained. My 2 year old has been attending since Feb prior he was at another nursery which he did not enjoy, within a week of being at gingerbread he has started to become more social started to babble and was a lot happier and is thriving at the nursery really cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing work they put in.

   I have had an appalling experience with this nursery and its senior staff as a parent and as a local community member. I chose to send my son here as my little brother went to gingerbread years ago. However, I soon regretted this as I was constantly blindsided by the staff on the well-being of my child. The senior staff lack general manners in speaking to parents as they don’t respect a child’s privacy and choose to discuss matters at the gates when you collect your child. On top of this they are not consistent in nurturing the children as they are busy cutting costs where they can and jeopardising a small child’s health and well-being; whether it’s in matters of the food, nappies or toilet training and sometimes not even taking them to the toilet due to shortage of staff. I was glad to have pulled my child out after 2 months as I was concerned how they treat children while they are speaking rudely to their own staff in front of parents. They are very quick to send invoices and chase payments when most the time they are billing incorrectly?! This nursery and its senior staff are not capable of Gingerbread 2 at all! Don’t send your kids here!!!

   Never send your preschool age here (can't say for younger) especially if they are SEN. The worst Discriminatory people against those with learning difficulties I've ever met. If you need to use gingerbread use gingerbread cottage playgroup across the road Mrs mehta is lovely although even the managerial staff at gingerbread 2 like to put in roadblocks for her and the team to do stuff with SEN children

   This review is written by my 7 year old, and his experience of the nursey a few years ago.. he was only in there a short time but the below is his own account. ‘’I did not like it because I had no friends and the teachers never did any arts and crafts with me, and teachers never helped me to play with others. I sat there all day waiting for mummy and daddy…I hated the place. Teachers never speak to me’’ After I went to Monkey Puzzle and it was lovely. Two people spoke to me and became my friends. We always played together. The teachers were very nice and they always helped me, if I got hurt my teachers always gave first aid. Monkey puzzle is brilliant.
