Good place for events friendly bar staff upstairs. Upstairs needs to stock various soft drinks, non alcohol/low drinks, beers, Noseco (Prosecco) . There are some very good wines out there a touch of a fruit cordial brings them alive.

The parking isn't great, particularly disabled parking. Then there's the uneven concrete ground, between the buildings, to contend with in a wheelchair. The "ramp" into the main building appears to be on an adverse camber, making it difficult to traverse by the independent manual wheelchair user. As for "facilities" for disabled, take my advice & go elsewhere! The disabled loos (in the main building & the corrugated iron building to the side) are basically SMALL store cupboards that have been converted & had a loo put in them. The loo in the corrugated metal building is so small that if you are using a wheelchair you CANNOT shut the door behind you! Your ONLY option (if you are able to) is to leave your chair outside & walk into the loo!! I cannot stand, let alone walk, so this was impossible for me. The loo in the main building doesn't fair much better. The loo is big enough for a standard size manual wheelchair (with some ingenious manoeuvring), but an electric wheelchair (these tend to be bigger than a manual chair) would only fit if it was one of the standard size chairs. Larger wheelchairs & mobility scooters would have to be left outside the loo door, in what appears to be the main corridor through the building which, in an evacuation, could be an escape hazard. Once you get into the loo of the main building, you have to hope that the "baby changing table" has not been left down in the open position, otherwise that's yet another obstacle to overcome (when are planners going to realise that putting a baby changing table into a disabled loo is, at best, a real inconvenience that disabled should not have to put up with). The whole site needs a massive rethink, especially for visitors who are elderly, infirm or disabled.

I recently had my 55th birthday party here. The owner, staff and facilities were excellent! We were supported with organising the event, our wants and wishes and everything went to plan. All my guests commented on the venue, food, catering and DJ which were all recommended and planned through management staff. Thank you! I shall definitely be using you again. Satvir

Good space outdoors and huge space indoors, we planned an event there. Ample parking. Few things to note Coffee/tea dispenser needs 2 £ coins, no tap and reception also declined card payment stating that it is managed by other vendor.

We were in the Warwick Suite, an L shaped room with a bar area. I felt that if you were on the inside of the room, you missed out on the people on the other end as you were unable to see each other. The area was, however, nice and clean.

I attended an event here. (The live post mortem) Bar staff were friendly and helpful. The venue was clean and easy to find.

Reception staff, bar staff, waiting staff and the owner of the facility all need to go on an intense customer service course ASAP. I've never catered an event and been met with such disorganisation and unprofessional behaviour. The suite we served from was dingey, dirty and the kitchen area wasn't much better. If you book this venue or are a outside caterer do your due diligence first or you might get squared up to by the owner. As a female I found this highly disturbing. Purely because we required use of the kitchen facilities for the purposes of hot running water and heating up food for a hot buffet. Will never ever go back as first impressions last.
