Place is filthy, tables not cleared or wiped down. Food took 15 minutes to arrive and was only warm not hot. Will be a long time before i visit again.
Food was cold. Room was cold. Staff never broke a smile. When I asked a question I was made to feel I was bothering them. There was a nice young man who cleaned our table - and all the other tables too. We didn't finish our meal, we left and went to McDonalds.
Big shoutout to Hassan for the excellent customer service — very friendly, professional, and made the visit even better. Definitely coming back again!
Great food, saver deals and spacing. We chose table service but they were just shouting numbers which we hadn't been shown ours until we scanned something that gave us a receipt with the number. It was quick luckily. Quite clean too.
AVOID this place...Ordered food at 12 still waiting 2 hours later for it arrive. Service is so poor i doubt we will ever order again from this place. Avoid! They give Burger King a bad name/repuation...no wonder it always looks dead quiet when passing...
Despite being very quiet and costly now (no single burgers, cheap alternatives) music volume was spot on, burger was superb (as much as it needed a touch warmer it got devoured the whopper) too much salt on the chips make me leave half of them. Always enjoy Burger king and defo come here again. Lovely service and people.
Small BK. Love the burgers. Needs better deals. Also got my order wrong on the drive through. Had to come in store. Staff was nice.
As normal, photo looked better than the actual burger. Disappointed on the amount of chips given. Got charged sugar tax on Coke which was not displayed on the TV screen. Fast service on this occasion and the people who worked there did a good service. Good value on the meal £5.12. More chips would have made it even better.

Cosy location, not the best food. Can only really eat v food so went in and got the vegetarian nuggets. Can honestly say I’ve had much better nuggets, didn’t taste or look very appetising. The chips were actually nice, and the ketchup tasted good; but as a meal, I wouldn’t be ordering this again. It’s a shame, because I’ve had vegetarian options once before (from a different location) and it was really nice. May try again, but not the same meal. The interior is actually very well furnished and laid out. So definitely some points there. But it’s not a place I’d rush to eat from again. A shame really, as I’d heard good things before going here.
