    I am not reviewing a particular vet or consultation I am reviewing Medivet in Bromley as a practice. When this practice was owned privately by Evelyn Torbet-Smith it was amazing. You always left feeling confident that your pet had been given the best treatment. Over the last year, and more so in recent months, both vets and nurses have left the practice in their droves and I can see it deteriorating more each time I go . So much so that on two occasions I was told there were no vets on the premises. How deeply concerning is that? One of the nurses told me that she was telling clients to go to Beckenham and if they didn't like it they could go elsewhere. Charming !! I have been going to The Laurels for around 50 years and the practice has been destroyed. Whoever is managing there on a daily basis needs to take a long hard look in the mirror. There are still some excellent staff there Liz, Ann, Jill ,Cathy and Michelle are amazing. You need regular vets there , like Liz, who know your pets. You don't want to see a different locum every time you go. Its far from reassuring. For God sake review the management and keep the good staff you have before the practice is destroyed. I have been in the customer service industry for over 40 years and clients buy people. Dropping your prices for out of hours consults may have helped but employing regular FULLY TRAINED vets with people skills would be far more beneficial for everyone. Your honest feedback would be appreciated.

    Paid 450 for one of my cats over 3 months ago. Medivet have been paid for this. They are trying to offset the remaining amount against my elderly cat who has ongoing conditions and is on a different policy. Raised locally and Head office complaint. Still no resolution and I dont have my money back. For goodness sake, please improve your customer service and get your house in order. I have been with medivet for over 30 years and the handling of this case is shocking.

    After an admin error on Medivet's behalf, they were able to investigate the issue and refund us within 24 hours of raising the issue. Their customer service was the best I have ever experienced, they really care and made us feel so comfortable throughout the issue. They really went over and above, I would not hesitate to be a customer again in the future. Their pet care is also of the highest quality. Highly recommend.

    Bearing in mind this is a large company the staffing levels are very poor. Everything takes days to get a response. I am not blaming the vets but I am criticising the Management. I will probably end taking my custom to another practice outside the Medivet brand

    The staff are giving husbandry advice without any real knowledge or experience. Recommending products and treatments that vets either have never heard of or instantly dismiss as pointless. These people need more training and qualifications in animal medicine.

    What a bunch of thieves. Paid the for 3 animals pet plan for a year. Used a few months, want to leave them as they are useless and only care about money and nothing else. And guess what?? They refusing to refund me my money. 1 animal has only had a injection and flee and worm and they expect me to pay Β£335 for it. They are rude. One staff member today throw a piece of paper at me. The other stater screaming at me, all because I want my money back or the remainder of the plans that I had paid in full for. Please don’t get robbed by them like I have. I have now had to get my bank involved as dealing with MediVet is just painful. Take your beloved animals to some other veterinarian as these people are NOT interested in the welfare of the animal, they just want to count their cash at the end of the day. Mind you I have 6 animals registered there and have gone to MediVet for 9 years. And this is how I get treated. Stay away

    Would not leave any of my fur babies anywhere else. Dedicated team looking after them 24 hours a day. Friendly and approachable staff who are very understanding of each of our family pets needs. We have three rescue dogs all with individual needs I can honestly say this is always taken into consideration.
