   I had a great experience with Vetcall when I took my cats to be spayed and neutered. The staff were incredibly kind, gentle, and patient — both with me and my cats. They took the time to explain the process clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt completely comfortable. My cat was well cared for and recovered smoothly thanks to their guidance.    Once again we find ourselves posting about the loss of a well loved pet and part of the family. Jake was given first class compassionate care over the last year of his long (nearly 15 yrs!) life. The kindness shown by every staff member up until his passing was exemplary and made the journey bearable not just for him but for ourselves also. So thank you Olive, Stephen and Ben once again and the front of shop staff. You journeyed with us from his birth at home one late night until his death last Wednesday when you came to our home to help us say goodbye. We’re so thankful Jeff and Karen

   I can't say enough great things about Vetcall whom I have been with for over 10 years. From the moment we walk in, the staff are warm and welcoming, making both me and my pet feel comfortable. The veterinarians are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to thoroughly explain everything, making sure all my questions are answered as im a bit dim ! What really stands out is their genuine care for animals—they treat my dog as if she were their own. I was recently hospitalised for a very serious medical condition and called to cancel my dogs appointment for the following day as i would not have been able to take my dog for her monthly treatment but after speaking to Zoe (someone who is extraordinary at the best of times) she arranged for a home visit. I cannot express my gratitude to the entire team for their compassion and kindness, 'we' are not just pounds and pennies walking through their door, we are treated with such kindness and compassion something you do not experience at many vetanerian practises I would highly recommend VetCall to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!

Very knowledgeable and more than anything - very patient with a first time pet parent (and a helicopter parent, at that). Answering all questions and treating the little one like a star.    Great experience! I took my bunny rabbit here to be nutured and was slightly worried as I’d never visited a vets before but the vet call team made this very easy and stress free for me! Everyone was very lovely and professional and I believe my bunny was well looked after. The team were amazing in assisting me with his after care aswell and answered all my questions and concerns. I’m very happy with this vets and will stay with them from now on. My bunny is back to his old self and recovered very quickly. I also noticed how clean and tidy this vets was and for me that’s very important. I would highly recommend this vets! Thank you so much to everyone at vet call

   Our beloved Hattie, a Miniature Schnauzer, sadly passed away very suddenly on 08/10/22, at an out of hours practice (They were wonderful), before our booked appointment to see Stephen, which would have been only 3 hours later. We were both utterly bereft, particularly my partner Fiona, Hatties 'Mum'. The staff at Vetcall sent a lovely condolences card, and Stephen rang on 26/10/22 to give his very valuable opinions on what may have happened. The conversation was remarkably healing for us, and we are both extremely grateful for the call. Vetcall have always been absolutely wonderful, and after Christmas when we are ready to welcome another little darling into our lives, it will be Vetcall to whom we will be returning for excellent care and kindness...from everyone. We really can't thank you all enough for looking after all three of us. Thanks again, and see you all soon.

I have seen folks come in with their animal family members from their very first vets appointment to those sad times of possibly the last.
