   Really this is such an amazing vets. I’m a new customer here and I’m blown away by the kindness of the staff and how easy it is to book appointments. I had an emergency today with my 16 week old puppy I phoned and was told to immediately go to the surgery where they treated her.    Took my cat last week and quoted for possible 3 teeth extraction. But, they called to say teeth just need a good clean up and ears and claws clipped. Great job! Everyone very kind and helpful, and Max well cared for. Place could do with a refurb, otherwise very happy with service.

   A vets that care, not just about your pet, but also about you and how difficult finances are for most at the moment. From looking at previous reviews- they may get it wrong sometimes (they’re only human) but they do care and they also help you to prevent things. A lot of vets won’t help you prevent problems because they want the big bill. But this vets will warn you before it costs you a fortune

   If I could give 0 starts I would! Absolutely awful vet, very rude, misdiagnosed our cat, demanded to see him again the following day, which if course we didn't, made out as if we were neglecting him! And bad pet owners which made us feel even worse in a time of distress... went on to tell us that the condition was fatal and we paid them for this service! After sending us away pretty shaken up we decided to go to an emergency out of hours pet hospital from fear of loosing our precious boy agterbwhat we had been told at the shrubbery however the hospital gave him some swift and effective treatment for something very treatable and some antibiotics and we're are back up and running as normal! We will never go back here again!

   Didn’t hate it ,,, couldn’t find it ,, made numerous stops to ask , in the park , turned off London bound ,,went right down motorway , turned round. , came back went coast bound , took every turn off ,,, totally misses a wake ,, gave up and went home with a splitting head ache ,,, a few signs ,,,,, then ,,, NO SIGNAGE ..

   Having to have my dog of 15 years put to sleep is hard but I cannot thank the vets and staff including receptionist for making it as easy as possible they was very sympathetic and genuine. I have been using these vets for over 40 years would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
