“A very easy and straightforward process. My dog had a rabies vaccination at my local vets and I then contacted Heathrow vets to finalise the rest of the process. I was given an easy form to complete online and we made an appointment. The paperwork was already completed by the time I arrived and I was in and out of the practice in less than ten minutes. It couldn’t have been easier.”

Having used a dog walking service before, where he was ok, but never seemed overly impressed at being dropped there or collected, I now have the complete reverse and sometimes think he would rather stay with Nicola than come home! He bounds out to meet her in the mornings, and although happy to come home late afternoon, he still has time for licks and cuddles before she goes. Nicola really goes the extra mile, and I always have a tired happy pooch whenever she has had him, which has sometimes been impromptu where my diary has changed and she has helped at the last minute. “Andrew’s reputation preceded him when I first became a dog owner 25 years ago. He’s always been straight forward and gentle with the diagnosis and treatment of my furry friends. You can see how relaxed Bell Cat is after her examination and she doesn’t run away when she sees her carry crate come out of the garage ready for her next visit. The reception staff are also patient and kind which helps immensely when you’re anxiously waiting to be seen. They can also give guidance in regards to wildlife. An all round GREAT Vet!”

“This vets is totally amazing they looked after our first dog Arnie when unfortunately he got run over and they was amazing, we then decided to rescue and we have had Willow for nearly five years, she has had some issues for a long time and probably should have had her own bed there, but last week we found out she had a tumour and sadly we had to make the decision to let her sleep, the staff at Banstead Village vets have been amazing and did all they could for our baby girl I would like to say a huge thank you to the vets especially Amy you did all you could for her and all the nurses and receptionists that looked after her, we picked her up today and you made it so comfortable and quiet for us in this sad time, not sure I could ever express my gratitude to how you treated our Willow. “I cannot recommend Simon and the team enough. I rushed in last week on a Tuesday with my chihuahua who was very suddenly unwell as my vet wouldn't see him. I am not registered with Weybridge vet and I didn't even call, I just showed up, but they took me in immediately and began helping my dog. They ended up keeping him and calling me regularly with updates. They saw him again the following day and he had deteriorated so they treated him whilst I was still there so that they could talk me through everything they were doing to keep my mind at ease. They then referred him to The Ralph for further investigation. It is now the following Tuesday and they called me to check in on Stanley. He has made a full recovery now and will have a follow up in a week just to check in. The care shown by all of the reception staff and veterinary staff is second to none. I cannot be more thankful and appreciative and will be moving my 3 other dogs from our current vet to this vet.”

“We honestly can’t thank the team at Aurua enough for everything they did for our dog, Leo. From the very first consultation to the all-clear after his surgery, their care, communication, and kindness were faultless. Leo’s Journey: Leo is our 4-year-old Chug, and earlier this year, we discovered a lump on his prepuce. It turned out to be a cutaneous mast cell tumour. Understandably, we were worried, but once we were referred to Aurua, we felt confident we were in the right hands. Surgery & Timeline: The whole process moved quickly and smoothly. We had an oncology consultation on 12th March, and Leo had surgery to remove the tumour on 21st March. Everything went well, and he came home the same day. We went back for a follow-up and stitch removal on 11th April, and the recovery since has been brilliant no sign of the tumour returning, and Leo is totally back to himself. • 1st Feb: Initial diagnosis • 26th Feb: Fine Needle Aspiration • 12th March: Oncology consultation • 21st March: Surgery • 11th April: Follow-up & stitch removal • Now: Full recovery and no further issues Communication & Care: Every single person we dealt with at Aurua was lovely kind to Leo, and kind to us. He gets a bit nervous in clinical settings, but they were gentle, calm, and reassuring the whole way through. They kept us updated at every stage and always explained things clearly, without being overly clinical. We felt genuinely cared for. Cost & Insurance: We were quoted £5,000 to £6,000. The total bill for Leo’s treatment was £5,985.21. Our insurance (Animal Friends) covered £2,000 of that for the tumour, with a £99 excess. Aurua were brilliant in helping us handle the claims process, it was all clearly explained, and there were no surprises. Outcome:We’re so relieved to say that Leo is now cancer-free. He’s back to bouncing around the house and being his cheeky self. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Final Thoughts:If you’re looking for a vet who’ll treat your pet like their own, keep you informed, and go the extra mile, Aurua is absolutely the place. They were amazing with Leo, and we’ll always be grateful for the care they gave him — and us.”

I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears.
