   I’ve been 3 times in that store.I never seen much customer not to mention about any staff on the floor/seen zero!/Then I do realise what can be the main reason…..a few staff, included the manager himself needed educating themselves about equality and diversity meaning at workplace!I do hope that they are going to have some training very soon… I do love Dunelm but I never ever going to back the Newport one.

   This is one of the smaller Dunelm shops I have visited. Despite that, they still sell all the usual household items you would expect from Dunelm, albeit with a slightly smaller variety of stock. There is a Pausa cafe here (located on the first floor) which seemed very busy on our most recent visit. As some sections of the shop have a smaller choice than other Dunelm shops, I would recommend using their free 'click and collect' service to benefit from the much wider range available on their website. There is a free car park here with around 40 parking spaces, including some disabled parking spaces near the shop entrance.

   The store is an absolute mess. Stuff all over the floor, full trolleys waiting to be unloaded to shelves, chaos. A really unpleasant shopping experience. I shared my concerns about the risk of someone tripping to a member of staff. She said they are short staffed and it should be improving soon. Hope this is the case.

   Even though the store was very busy, the staff were very pleasant. The queue was long but they all worked extremely hard so that no one was waiting to long. I used their click and collect service which I thought was excellent. I received an email stating my order was ready and it would be kept for 7 days.

   I phoned the store to check if the store had any mattresses you can lie on and test out. Person on the phone clearly had no idea what they have in the store and I ended up wasting a trip and have cancelled my order. Better off going somewhere else

   Decent amount of stuff here, and there was a sale on when we went. The shop seemed dark and the upstairs section was very warm. Good selection of lamps and lighting but it was mostly rugs and carpets.
