Staff not answering calls. Got my 4k tv at moment and want it back today, no courtesy call to say come get it or anything. Very bad service. They have all my details up to date.

Used the cheque cashing service! Took a while to get served as only 1 member of staff covering both counters. 1 other staff on till doing nothing but text on his phone!! Once we got served it was actually quick! Rates were reasonable my cheque was for £83.55 and the fee they took was £8 so not too bad! Shop was clean and tidy I had a look round and they do have some reasonable prices on items. Staff levels let the place down!!!
