Not very good at all no claims handler has called me ,they keep requesting the same information I've sent over already, and now to top it off there sending me no reply emails ,so frustrating there quick to take money not so quick to pay out, I won't be getting insured by these again

Made a claim at the start of July and I’ve still heard nothing back in September. Quite glad that this relates to an electrical device and not large medical bills as it’s impossible to hear from them. Would never use again.

Not very helpful they take money but when it comes to claiming they say it doesn't cover don't do home insurance n not very helpful don't do any home insurance. I m not very happy with my home insurance n it is pointless do home insurance with AXA.

Been on hold to this company three times, 20 mins 45 mins and finally got through after another 60 minute wait, can't download claim form from website as booked through AA, customer service is appalling.

I had my car sent to their repairers an Ml 270 CDI. The said it was uneconomical to repair at £3200. Refused to accept this and brought the car back to my local garage. It was repaired MOTed for less than £1000 There was no structural damage just cracked front bumper. As a cost of £330 for a new merc one.

GoCompare have teamed with AXA to provide cover excess of up to £250. Be advised that it is very difficult to obtain the £250. My message to AXA, "As far as I am concerned I have provided the details required. However with my limited time, I will endeavour to provide addional information required. In the meantime please be informed that I will NOT deal with either AXA or GoCompare again and I will advise said complaints team. Post information required and in the event this is not settled, I believe you to be in breach of contract and will endeavour to inform and pursue as necessary." Another insurance scam? Maybe?

Had an electrical fault in my house. Called AXA as my home insurance policy provider and explained the problem in as much detail as possible. Was informed that I was covered and that they would send someone out. I then received a follow up call from them a few hours later and was then told I wasn't;t covered. Why weren't you unable to tell me that the first time round? Right hand / left hand.
