We bought our buildings insurance from them, but went elsewhere for our home contents. I just found them difficult to deal with. They were hard to get hold, failing to return an email after 3 days, keeping me on hold for 10 mins, and then when I did finally get though, did not enjoy the experience and couldn’t wait to get off the phone. At one stage I thought I was actually dealing with a bot - it was so robotic. We have recently set up insurance with three other companies for different products, and all I would rather deal with than have to speak to these guys again. Just my view, other customers clearly have a very different experience.

Offered insurance £800 on comparison websites. A-Plan offered £2000!!! Don’t bother wasting half an hour getting a quote from them!
