   I called in today to the store at Idle West Yorkshire for some wool I had seen online that had been reduced from £3.99 to £2.99. I picked up what I needed and went to the checkout. The Asian girl at the till must have had a bad day as her body language was off from the start. I asked her to check the price as the ticket was still showing the original price. She scanned it and said its 3.99. I asked her to double-check the website but she refused and said, " we'll its 3.99 here". I said I would have purchased it online however there no options for purchasing it online.I looked at her and told her to keep them. To be honest with staff like that who in their right mind would want to shop their. Rude staff.

   Great shop. Staff not friendly, welcoming or happy. They all have a really sad, don't want to be working here face. But good choice of products. Quite large store.

   I agree with most of the reviews. It's not the best place to shop. The staff came across very rude - I am told they swear casually. Told a cashier to have a nice day and he said "il try". Well... Working there he wouldn't even if he tried. Some things are cheaper than other markets but I would prefer any store over this. Not a welcoming environment

   I agree with most of the reviews. It's not the best place to shop. The staff came across very rude - I am told they swear casually. Told a cashier to have a nice day and he said "il try". Well... Working there he wouldn't even if he tried. Some things are cheaper than other markets but I would prefer any store over this. Not a welcoming environment

   What a mess! Entered the store today to find it in an absolute state. Rubbish, stock, pulleys and shop fixtures left on the shop floor. Stock which should have been on shelves, strewn all over the store. Very dangerous, and not a pleasant customer experience. Aside from the gentleman at the till point (who was very polite), there were no other members of staff on the shop floor. Where were they? After clambering over the rubbish on the floor, we got to the till point to only be informed it was cash only. A polite notice at the shop front would suffice as I'm sure many other customers will have been lost today due to this! The tidy up situation isn't just a matter of stock replen and facing up in here...the store looks filthy!

   Descent variety of stock. I do feel some items are way pricier then shops like Pound land or home bargains. I think if the prices were better it would be even great to shop here. Descent amount of space and well maintained. There is definitely room for improvement.

   It's ok, but the whole store feels dirty. It needs a good clean. Some stuff are out of date, and when you pick the products off the shelf they can feel dusty. Cleaning products are ok and a good price, but food items especially chocolate always feel warm. X
