   Think it's the owner. Middle aged, possibly older. What a horrible woman ! Went once with my son, she was vile! Should really think about not working with the public as her personal skills are disgusting!. Honestly! Don't know if she has domestic issues, mental health but I wouldn't ever give this place any business for my pets. Surprised they're still in business tbh!. Highly recommended you stay clear of this business!!!

   Disgusting behaviour from that woman with bushy hair. Other staff just watched it all happen. I don't understand how she can speak to customers this way. She's incredibly Rude and passive aggressive that it made me feel so uncomfortable. I called earlier to ask if they do any nail grooming. They said yes. I took my pets in and explained that I can't seem to get my animal to sit still during nail grooming, but then she goes on asking me questions irrelevant to the problem. She was so cocky and snobby thinking she knows everything that when it comes to answering her questions I stumbled on my words. She asked about the Xpen that I have. And when I slowly replied or in her head, gave her the wrong answer she says back to me "no LISTEN. That's not the question I asked for is it?" I was in shock. After, she goes on to say that my animal isn't the breeds I say they are and that they don't look like they came from the same litter. They did because i saw them when they were born. On top of that, no pictures are allowed in that sketchy place. Guess they don't want people collecting evidence. The whole place looks gloomy and cramped. Never go there, prices are so high for such low quality service. If you see the other peoples reviews and comments. I am not the only who have been treated with disrespect.

   The woman that works there is very very rude. And most of the animals are in tiny cages and not well cared for, no idea how this store has been open for so long its disgusting. I tried to take a picture how small the bird cages awhile ago just to show a friend, no flash, woman came over and started shouting at me saying I'm not allowed to take pictures of the animals

   Would give 0 stars if I could.. we came in to look at the animals.. I was having a PRIVATE conversation with my husband about the animals and wondered what the animals were like and a rude older woman was listening in saying "It bites, so don't upset them because I get bitten when cleaning them out!!" I wasn't even talking to her!! She then started following us around the shop and then shouted at my husband in a patronising way not to tap the glass which he apologised for.. It made me feel a bit uncomfortable to be honest. So every time we were looking at the animals.. she was constantly watching us and we were waiting for her to tell us off for looking at the animals. I really don't know who this woman thinks she is.. But she had no right to be rude and horrible. No wonder the shop was empty. I tell you now we shall never return to this store again... and this is me being polite!! This rude woman would benefit training in customer service and have some respect. Jobsworth.

   The animals are kept in such small cages. The woman working there gave me a dirty look when I walked in, and when we left, the man working there was laughing at us. I felt very uncomfortable. Poor animals that are here, such as the geckos and frogs who are in a cage with loads of plastic plants and not one real one. Will never be returning. No wonder there’s ‘no photo’ signs everywhere and a fine for taking photos! Guessing they don’t want people to see photos of how bad the shop is and how bad the animals are kept.

   The 'female' member of staff with glasses needs a whole training course in customer service she is rude and arrogant. Never had any problems with any other member of staff although the older ones are not overly polite. We have bought both pets and supplies from here but after the treatment received last week we will not be returning. Also the way she spoke to the young lads working there was ridiculous. The lads were very helpful.
