   The staff was very rude specifically SIMRAN. She was shouting at the customers and she shouted at me as i was delivering food. I asked her how long is it gonna take she SHOUTED “I I AM NOT JUST DOING YOUR ORDER THERE ARE OTHER ORDERS TOO YOU CAN WAIT IF YOU WANT OR LEAVE” please explain me when a customer/driver asks how long will the food take is this an acceptable answer?

   Visited on a Saturday late afternoon/early evening. The food was quick, hot, good quality and seemed freshly made. It wasn’t overly busy, though there were a few large groups. One downside was that only one out of three self-service machines was working, which meant waiting around to place an order. We prefer using the self-service screens as the menu behind the counter changes every few seconds, making it harder to see options and prices clearly. The restaurant was relatively clean, with staff actively tidying up. However, while we were there, someone came in with a bag of stolen food and sat down trying to sell it. Although this didn’t directly affect us, he did approach a staff member, who just refused and walked away. Personally, I feel he should have been asked if he was ordering or otherwise asked to move on.

   this burger king is a very good branch, fast service and tasty food. the atmosphere can be a little grim on occasion because of its location. lots of drug addicts and homeless people wandering in and out not eating in.

   Leicester city centre Burger King. We come here when we shop in Leicester as the food is always very good. It's a lot less manic than the McDonald's opposite. The quality is always impressive at Burger King, tasty and filling. The restaurant is clean, the staff are helpful and the toilets are clean. I'd have given it 5 stars, but I find locking the toilet doors securing with a pin code a little excessive. Other than that, it's a thumbs up!

   Food always tastes great at burger King. The only let down is that it's often cold or a warm at best. Serve me a flame grilled bacon XL that's hot to the bite and you got yourself a 5 stars all round. The cashier could slap me round the face and I'd still be smiling.

   Three people serving but you have to wait a long time for your order. Table's dirty with people not putting there rubbish in the bins but no staff cleaning up after customers. Could be a good place but needs a good clean!

   Oh wow! I tried the new Farmhouse Angus burger. The smokey flavour of the bacon, meat itself and the cheese and the pickled onions make all the difference. The watercress adds the final touch, complementing the sandwich perfectly. I totally recommend it
