Went here as had a 45 minute wait for our booking at 360. Having just travelled up from London thought it would be quick. Service took over half an hour. I placed my order at 13.11 We were served at 13 .48...and we got to 360 half an hour late. Not sure why this is. Needs sorting.
Waited 35 mins for a table service. Tried to speak to the manager but he couldn’t care less. Other customers around us complaining. Poor girl at the front desk taking all the flack for the manager’s inability to run the place. Wont return again. Appalling.
After finishing my cheesey fries (and regretting paying extra for the revolting "cheese") I unwrapped my burger to find that it was so cold when it was made none of the cheese inside/hanging out of it had melted at all. Looking up to my wife she said "this is the worst burger I have ever eaten" as she was halfway through her whopper. I bit into mine and quickly agreed with her. I then understood why apart from the two of us and the staff the place was empty. In the back the staff appeared to be working but the seating area is really run down and a lot of the tables were dirty. It's a shame because we have eaten here in the past after going bowling or to the cinema and it was good then.
bought 2 x whopper with cheesy fries, I bought them from the drive thru at meridian leisure park @1800 hrs. When I got home I found the burgers to be burnt and disgusting( i have 0ictures but am unable to upload here). This was taken in the restaurant upon my return. I gave them the bag and they never even apologised to me, even though I had to drive 30 minutes back to the restaurant. I dont know how anyone could pack the food looking like that. I tried to contact customer service twice using their online feedback and have had no response.Avoid this restaurantbat all costs, its disgusting and their customer service is non existant! I think to serve food like that is disgusting.
Oh dear - yuck! We used to use this burger king and it was always fine, but it's become very run down and actually dirty inside. Extremely poor service from apathetic teenagers larking around and not working, seemingly quite inconvenienced by any customers. Asked for lids as there was only one lid left with a hair on it, they handed me a single lid even though there were two of us, and the tray needed refilling right under our noses. There was an issue with the burgers and they just squeezed BBQ sauce onto the same burger and handed it back. The food itself was incredibly poor.
Burgers! Great big fat juicy burgers! Better than McDonald's always will be just cost more! Use the app save some money and go all out on some chilli bites
Not happy smiling employees like at McDonald's, drink machine not working so had to wait for an employee to get our drinks from another 1. The burgers were chewy and dry ' description given by 4 teens ' Definitely not worth the amount the food costs. Will drive to McDonald's in future.
I have loved burger king, went to this particular one Leicester. Had my double whopper without tomatoes as i like it. But the tomato ketchup was really less in it. Showed it to Kirtis the guy who made it, he showed excellent customer service to make me another one right away.
The Food was served in a quick Whip and Hot tooo, I loved the onion rings as they are crispy enough and tasted fresh. Would be coming back again for sure, store looked clean too.
Worst place I have been too. Toilets blocked. Staff playing rock paper scissors to see who cleans it. Bins outside full. But Strangely nobody here but us??. Few through drive in at time of visit. But meals small and didn't taste the best.(see pictures) Would not recommend this place till they sort it out. Close it down. Train or restaff. I dont take lightly posting bad things. There was a couple of ppl trying there best to keep the place going. That's why it's still open!!!
