   I sure do love being told that I shouldn't be taking a medication I've asked for that I've been prescribed in the past for the same medical condition, If the other options worked I would have asked for them.

   Yesterday 2nd July I called at the Halifax Boots store needing to speak to a pharmacist, after only a couple of minutes a lovely lady (staff) asked if she could help she took me to the pharmacy and the pharmacist went out of her way to help. I would like to thank the staff for their support and customer service it was excellent, and I thought customer service was a thing of the past I was definitely wrong. Sincere thanks Margaret.

   Ordered my prescription as usual through my doctor 20th February & still no pills! A problem with the technology I understand. Doctor cancelled the first prescription and reordered it today? Forgot the problem dealing with day to day routine & just realised I have no pills for morning! I'll have to wait now for my son to collect when he's finished work tomorrow. Thank you to all for helping me.

   Extremely unhelpful staff at the perfume section, them more interesting to have chat in between, and when you ask for help , you can see how much they want you to go away as fast as you can . Also selling perfumes without testers, so you can't smell what you buying

   Completely incompetent! We ordered some liquid medicine for my infant daughter, but the bottle was only partially put together. We were forced to return to the shop, where they claimed it was finished (they took it away to allegedly complete), but it was put together wrongly! This meant it leaked EVERYWHERE and was almost impossible to use (and the rest went to waste). To compare with our old bottle (made by a competent team) Boots left a red ring of plastic on, which shouldn't have been on, hence why we think there was an issue. If we can't trust them to make a bottle, how can we even trust them to get the medicine itself correct? Not to mention no one EVER answers the phone! Despicable! Never using them again.
