   Showroom is great with a wide variety of flooring options. Staff were also very helpful, allowing us to take home more than one carpet sample swatch to view in the room. I didn't actually end up buying from here in the end, but would certainly consider in the future - keep up the good work!

   We had our dining room floor replaced with vinyl. At the store they gave great advice, we're efficient and friendly. A surveyor came round to measure the floor and give further advice. And the floor layer was great also! Floor looks great now

   I bought a carpet from potters in April 2024. There was a "pole mark" 12 inches from the edge running vertically. After 1 week we sought advice from Potters, we were advised to wait a further 4 weeks, but the fault was still present. An assessment was done and a replacement was ordered but this again still had the fault. A third carpet was ordered (extra large to take into account any pole mark) and due to be fitted on 4th June. The fitters ripped up the original carpet on that date and then looked at the carpet to be fitted but the wrong one was put on the van! A day off work was needed for the fitting and wasted. My partner had to take annual leave on the following day to finally have the third carpet fitted with no pole mark. This was not the fitters fault. We had to take two additiobal days off work with cleaning on the 3 seperate days. No financial recompense for our time has been offered, only discounts on future products and services which we do not need . This is not satisfactory. We would not recommend Potters and will not be using them ourselves again in the future due due to very poor after care. (The photo shows the carpet half ripped up, replaced properly on the following day but measures had to be taken to cover the underlay spikes as we have pets). Do not use Potters and go elsewhere.

   I have never experienced such rude staff so much so, they reduced a friend to tears. Never again will we go to Beanies. It also appears that any bad review they get, rather than apologise, they will gaslight the reviewer. Really not the place I want to take my baby, toxic environment.

   Beanies is a wonderful family friendly soft play located in the heart of Anstey, Leicestershire. Prior to the arrival of Beanies, the only child friendly entertainment were the clubs ran by our excellent village volunteers. The venue itself is clean, well decorated and managed by an excellent team of friendly staff. As a bonus for all parents, the team offer excellent cakes & fresh coffee. It is a really family friendly price for both entry & the food/drink also. We need this venue to remain viable m, so as many visits as possible by the community would be excellent. All that patrons are asked to comply with is not to eat your own food on the premises.

   Beanies soft play associated to the carpet company, atrocious place. Staff are rude, wouldn’t allow my son to eat, forcing us to go downstairs. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and have no idea how the place is still open as I have seen many similar reviews!!!

   We have always been really happy with Potter's but recently had a stairs carpet fitted that bobbled almost immediately, when I contacted them, they were initially helpful and arranged for someone to come out, when the fitters came to check the carpet they both agreed that it looked terrible, took pictures and told me they would report back to manager. I waited for a phone call but nothing so I chased them up on more than one occasion, when I did get a response (from Cory) I was offered £100 off a new carpet, I have since emailed Cory (24/09) to ask for a quote on a certain carpet and he hasn't replied.... very poor service from the management.
