   My Puppy Tilly went for a trial day today before her holiday in November. The staff were so lovely and welcoming to both of us. I collected her and she looked really happy, in fact didn’t want to get in the car but wanted to go back through the gate to see them all! Thank you

   Have taken my dog there for many years. The gent that works there is always helpful, kind and polite and friendly. The women however is just soo rude and miserable. Really puts me off going there. Had my dog booked in for this weekend and yes our mistake that we didn't manage to get him there before closing at 12 as has stuff going on but called to see if could drop him off half hour late. I kniw they have things to be doing but just thought I would ask. The woman was as usual just rude on the phone saying "well we have been open since 8am this morning" yes I know you had, you could have been open since 5am for godsake! that Information was irrelevant. It was 12. 30 and all you had to say was no sorry we can't take him. Just be kind please no need for attitude!

   Fantastic cattery, highly recommend. The owners are so lovely and friendly. Our cat visited for the first time and was so content and settled, we couldn't have asked for better. We will absolutely be using them again in the future.

   We booked our dog in at Westfield Farm for 3 days. The site itself is lovely, and very well maintained. The staff are so friendly, and they're passionate about looking after their guests. Very well priced too. Would definitely recommend.
