   Ellie is fantastic! Our dog always looks amazing after a visit to House of Paws. We moved out of area and have tried different groomers closer to home but have given up the hunt for a groomer as good and as lovely with our dog as Ellie so we make the 2 hour round trip to House of Paws. I cannot recommend Ellie enough - she is a wonderfully welcoming person who clearly loves dogs and is passionate about what she does.

   The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and took really good care of my dog who was a little nervous to begin with. The salon itself is calming, clean, secure and well equipped. The groom was great and they took care of little extras like her ears and nails.

   I was a bit apprehensive about our 13 week cockapoo going for an initial appointment as she’d never been anywhere without us and usually extremely wriggly when we’d tried to bathe her previously. Ellie did a fantastic job, our pup came back so soft and clean and fluffy - and most importantly happy! Looking forward to taking her again :)

   We have a 12 month Cockapoo Lottie who has had bad experiences with groomers in the past, she gets really nervous, snappy and I was worried about how she would be with Ellie. We used Ellie for the first time today and she was really caring and considerate with Lottie’s groom which relieved the stress for both Lottie and me! I could not recommend Ellie more, the groom was great (best to date!) and we’ve booked in for our next groom. Thank you Ellie, it’s so reassuring that my puppy is in such good and caring hands.
